What does "set up at least 2 active Direct Debits" mean?
Does it count if, on day 60,
a) there are two active DDs that were already on the Santan account?
b) two DDs were set up by the CASS?
c) two new DDs need to be manually set up after the switch completion?0 -
Active direct debits are usually ones setup or taken in the last 12/13 months, after that I guess they become inactive.cinereus said:What does "set up at least 2 active Direct Debits" mean?

I would phone them if you are unsure, then if they give you bad advice then you can complain and get compensation.

That's not what active means. Active just means that they are due to be taken out the following month.phillw said:
