Just a warning that the 'instant access' savings account can take over a week to actually withdrawal your money (depending on the amount of savings) as they have a strict faster payments limit of £25k per day. No other way of getting larger amounts out.
Apart from this i have found the app and customer service very good
Over a week at £25k a day is a LOT of money (well over the £85k protection cap).

Out of interest, does anyone know if it's £25k per day, per account, or per customer/'profile'?
It would be problematic if you had £250k sat there waiting to buy a house - and then found it was going to take you 10 days to get the money out.

Last week I received a survey from Chase which asked me to rank the expectations I have about what current accounts should offer and, in addition to the usual about interest, customer service and so on it included offering Chaps payments so it could be that they'll come.

Agree, however I would suggest that only affects a small percentage of customers, and that anyone (especially with such large amounts), should know the terms/restrictions on the account, and can make their choice(s) accordingly

The transfer limit is not disclosed in the T&Cs (only that a limit may apply) and customers will only be informed at the point they explicitly ask or attempt to make withdrawals exceeding the limit. I therefore don't think it is a bad thing a warning has been posted here. Forewarned is forearmed. It would be worth confirming whether this is per account or per customer, since there could be a workaround.

When I spoke to customer services I was told that the £25k per day limit is cumulative across all your Chase accounts and includes debit card payments. Have never come across debit card payments being counted in daily bank transfer limits before so not sure if this will prove to be correct. Anyone have any experience of this?

Hmm, it appeared to be something to do with fingerprint login. Cancelled that, put my code in and it logged me in. Prior to that scanning my fingerprint would go straight to a "We've logged you out" screen. I disabled fingerprint login, then re-enabled it and it all seems to be ok again now.

Has anyone had any experience using pay at pump with the numberless physical card? I usually use a credit card.
