Daliah, Many thanks for the reply. That's very useful to know. I went through the steps in my app and found the steps easy. Thanks again!1

Chase UK is newly launched and clearly at MVP stage. Expecting all the bells and whistles of an established competitor is unrealistic.Daliah said:
I haven't seen a statement yet, probably because my account isn't a month old yet. It seems rather unimaginative though to just produce statements for a period determined by the bank. Starling Bank has set the benchmark on statements - apart from pre-prepared statements for calendar months, you can produce them as and if you need them for a time period that suits you, and you can optionally have them electronically certified by StarlingDeleted_User said:Got the first statement issued today on the app, looks good and professional.
Chase UK is already more valuable to me than Starling with both direct charge and surcharge free access to USD in the US.0 -

I am obviously not as 'in' with Chase as you are, as I don't even know what MVP is, and as I expected some basics such as DDs and flexible statements/downloads from a bank that prides itself of a 200 year history.Deleted User said:Chase UK is newly launched and clearly at MVP stage. Each to their own. I am not tempted to use the Chase UK card abroad, as either Starling or Wise or Halifax Clarity are my go-to cards.Deleted User said:

When we recruited a team to develop new software at work this was bandied around a lot. I had no difficulty with the first and third word, but never understood who defined the viable bit. It certainly wasn't the end users.
This bank account appears to be the same. It is 'enough' for some people, but falls short of what others see as viable.1 -
Until it offers an overdraft OR direct debits at the minimum it is pretty useless in the UK market.3

Yes, it's no better than a prepaid card at the moment. The only thing worth having it for is the 1% cashback on debit card transactions, -and you only get that for the first year.Deleted_User said:Until it offers an overdraft OR direct debits at the minimum it is pretty useless in the UK market.2 -
You have to activate the cashback on the app. It's not automatically activated, in case anyone didn't realise.EarthBoy said:
