I'd give them a ring if it doesn't turn up tomorrow. It said up to 7 days to arrive.stclair said:

What's all the fuss about the card? Mine will probably live in a drawer.5

The only "fuss" about the card is that it doesn't have your account details on it. If you have a problem with your details in the wrong hands you can have them changed instantly in the app and carry on using the same card without the need of a new one.0

Doesn't explain why people are posting pics and saying the quality is good though!TheMightySwordfish said:The only "fuss" about the card is that it doesn't have your account details on it. There are some who value such things. Which is fine - whatever floats people's boats!
(a card is a card to me, and most of mine live in a drawer and are never even admired, not even briefly, indeed all of them would be in a drawer if I adopted paying by google pay)3 -
Mine definitely lives in a drawer and won't see daylight.crumpet_man said:What's all the fuss about the card? Mine will probably live in a drawer.
Why do people who have a smartphone - i.e. everyone who holds a Chase account - still use a physical card?TheMightySwordfish said:The only "fuss" about the card is that it doesn't have your account details on it. Just checked, and I have three examples from this month. The first is Tesco fuel pay at pump which does not accept contactless. The second was on the London Underground on a recent visit as I don’t like walking with my phone in my hand. And finally, force of habit in a restaurant putting my card on the plate with the bill.Daliah said:

Some Android phones don't have NFC so you can't use Google Pay.Daliah said:

Different people, different habits.RG2015 said:

I pay for my petrol with Tesco Pay+, for which I have to use a pump which allows paying at the cashier. About time Tesco updated their pump to allow payment with Tesco Pay+ and Apple/Google Pay.
I have a Popsocket on my phone, which gives my a firm grip - - much firmer than I would have on a debit card. When I was still using cards, I hated having to rummage for my purse and getting a card out to pay, then stow it away again. But the best solution I found is my AppleWatch, which I use almost exclusively these days when making payments. So easy to clock in and out with it at the Underground.
In a restaurant, I definitely prefer to pay by phone / watch, as it means I don't have to touch the card machine which has the germs of dozens of people.
