I’ve not had the same issue. ((about chat))
when I’m logged in, it says something along the lines of “Great you’re logged in, we don’t need to verify your identity”

My experience was Nov 2020 to May 2021 as an ex-Robinhood transferee. Just interested to note some posters still having the same problem. I left BG last year so I no longer have an account to check.

It was always a toss of the dice getting in touch with them by any method. Double six I won, anything else I lost.

Has anybody in credit had any money back from PFP yet? it has been 4 months now.

    Not me.  :/

Checking BG's former PFP customers' help page for new information just shows - last updated: 23rd Dec, and next update: 13th Jan.

I'm pretty sure that last time I checked it said next update due 6th Jan - and the six other companies' help pages were all updated on this date. Seems they just keep kicking the PFP can down the road. Wonder why?

Still, as they haven't billed me since 1st Sep (apart from a few quid for what I presume was daily standing charge) I'm not complaining. So long as they don't then come on all heavy and say I haven't paid my bills - as, I believe, happened to MidlandsGlory (above). Wonder how they got on?

Also might be worth noting that by the time refunds are made (hopefully before price cap goes up again) the cash will buy far less leccy than it would have in September. Food for thought?

Because there's not much they can do until PFP issue the Final Bills.

They are equally slow to bill me and I owe them from June onwards. So it's not just those in credit that they're not sorting, it's all of us.

I've just got off the phone with BG and we should have information on any PFP credit/debit within the next two weeks. I'm not holding my breath...

Just checking BG's PFP customers' help page - says it's been updated today but I can't see any new info.

    (something)
There is a long list of tariffs but only a short list of available tariffs. Don't get the two confused.

Also had a quick look at some of the long list of available tariffs - and there do seem to be a few which are significantly cheaper than the one that BG put me on (Price Promise April '22). Must look further when I get time. Maybe worth checking by others.

Good point! My post edited to minimise embarrassment. (It's okay to dream - sometimes.)

Has anyone else had the emails from BG requesting meter reads over last week or so?   The inference is that these reads will be used to produce a bill of some description (I have been providing BG with monthly read).  I've had no indication at all from PfP on my final bill.

I hope this doesn't get any messier than it already is.

I've had my quarterly bill from BG.
And yeah, nothing from PFP. Luckily I owe them rather than the other way around.

I set up a direct debit with BG and they split my £350 bill over the next 12 months without asking, so I'll get Santander 123 Cashback on it .
