Thank you for sharing. I've just done a live chat and switched to Home Energy Secure June 2023. It's around 12% more expensive than the October 2022 tariff but still cheaper that what we're currently paying, so I'm happy with that.

If you hadn't have mentioned the live chat, I'd never have known about it. As looking in the App, the tariffs offered are until December 2023 and are much more expensive.
Ditto done the same, they said they will send me a letter when done.
How do you find out the prices for these different tariffs? I can't see them anywhere

    Hi,
oh gosh, BG are speaking to me, message yesterday,

We know that your transfer to British Gas hasn't been completed yet - we're still working with PFP Energy and the administrators on this.
What’s happening now: We're currently in touch with all parties to move all your account information over and will update your account with any credit you might be owed, as well as align your meter readings. This process will take a few more weeks and we'll be in touch as soon as it's all been completed.

    So, not much happening, really.

thanks, I will wait for the PFP final bill And see if it aligns.
As long as your PFP and BG bills align I'd be happy with that.
Chasing the problem between Symbio and PFP is not really worth the effort.

Ok but the general issue remains.
if it’s hundred of pounds out and both companies are bust then how do you resolve it?

Don't hit the 'get a quote' button, scroll down, enter your post code and you'll get the complete tariff list...

However those aren’t available, unless you’re really lucky.
I’ve been told I’ll be transferred about 4 times but none of them have gone through,
    Im going the complaint route.

They are a mixture of current and older tariffs, there is a warning about that on the page, but in this case the request was how to find them, hence the link.

Got really lucky to get mine changed this week, requested to move on to Nov 22 fix which was cheaper than my existing tariff. Switch done instantly (showed up in my account) and also got an email next day confirming same.

Has anyone asked to switch their gas over to the cheap tariff? I was waiting for my credit from the bust supplier, but it occurred to me today that it might be better to ask before loopholes get closed.
