I'm guessing that as per the previous posts, morhen is talking about their own transfer as opposed to the general PFP > British Gas transfer.devondiver said:morhen said:- they reinstated the take over (after cancelling it for no reason), they have officially become the provider on the 29th December.
Where is this documented? - if I may be so bold.
Just wondered - since I haven't had a bill since 1st Nov. Thought there might be something odd going on - and there doesn't seem to be much new info on their help pages. Not complaining though. Just saying.I'd rather be a disappointed optimist than a self-satisfied pessimist0 -
The British Gas IT doesn't seem to cope very well with SoLR transfers. I had 6 bills in 5 days last week! Although I've since moved on from BG to Octopus so they were some botched attempts at Final Bills, and to their credit BG did sort out promptly after challenging them.devondiver said:bagand96 said:

Although they've only billed me from 12 October, so there's a month still to be billed. My account hasn't even had the "SoLR Standing Charge" added. Like you I'm not moaning though!1 -
So just had a snotty letter from BG claiming they are about to start debt collecting and have added £13 charge for me not paying a bill I have not had! I have been waiting for them to get the switch sorted and bill me!
And where is the £330 I had on my PFP account???
suppose I had better phone them when I calm down,0 -
Web chat is usually easier than phoning. And that way you can save a copy. In my experience I've found after a bit of a wait they have actually been pretty helpful and resolved what they said they would in a timely manner.MidlandsGlory said:So just had a snotty letter from BG claiming they are about to start debt collecting and have added £13 charge for me not paying a bill I have not had! Do you have an online account it have you tried to set one up? Might have the bills sat in there.
None of us will see any PFP credit until PFP have issued final bills. That part at least is outside the control of BG.1 -
When I use the 'Cosmo' web chat I'm just getting "All our agents are busy". Is it just a case of persisting until they're not busy or is there another way in?bagand96 said:

I was having the same issue. One thing I found that worked, don't do it when logged into your account. Log out and then try chat. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not but I always got connected when I wasn't logged in.MisterPleasant said:

Has anybody in credit had any money back from PFP yet? it has been 4 months now.0

I found this a lot last year. In fact when logged in the chat button often disappeared completely.bagand96 said:

My theory:
When logged in they know you're already a customer, so you must have a problem to sort - i.e. just trouble.
When you're not logged in you're probably not a customer, so probably don't have a problem but are more likely a very tasty potential new customer.

I’ve not had the same issue.
when I’m logged in, it says something along the lines of “Great you’re logged in, we don’t need to verify your identity”0 -
No, don't think anybody has. You won't see your PFP credit until such a time that PFP issue a Final Bill. Once they've done that they need to pass credit information to British Gas who will need to process it and apply credit to accounts. PFP's latest estimate on issue of Final Bills is "early in the New Year".markavfc2 said:Has anybody in credit had any money back from PFP yet? it has been 4 months now.1
