Does anyone know the head office email to get in touch? I can only find a written address. Another threatening debt recovery plus letter today received

DRP letters are about as threatening as my next door neighbour's kitten!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The email addresses have been posted numerous times for Morrisons on here , one for customer service and more importantly the one for the CEO , whose name I gave you previously
If you write to him , he will get someone to deal with it2 -
Haha I know these debt collection companies don’t have any power. But the lowest recent one states pre-legal action. Not saying we ‘may’ take action or ‘refer back to our client and advise them to take action’. This one actually states we will take legal action. But do they have the power to do that….going to write to head office customer service email, hopefully the right email dates and CEO as suggested 👍🏻Coupon-mad said:DRP letters are about as threatening as my next door neighbour's kitten!0 -
Put quite simply, debt collectors like DRP do not have the capability to start court action against you.JVK210315 said:

Whatever they say, DRP can be totally ignored.
Didn't you get that from your reading of the fourth post on the NEWBIES thread?

Being completely honest, I tried to navigate the newbies thread and it totally confused me. But thank you for the link, I will take a look. Just submitted my complaint to customer services and CEO. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻KeithP said:

We have zero interest in anything that debt collectors write , including and especially DRP LTD
Zero !2 -
I would agree, but they seem to have changed their wording somewhat. From we ‘may’ to we ‘will’. Just wondered if they’re powers had changed or something. But seemingly this isn’t the case form everyone’s responses!Redx said:We have zero interest in anything that debt collectors write , including and especially DRP LTD
Zero !Apparently Morrisons customer service email no longer in use, but CEO email didn’t bounce back. Hopefully that gets sent onto someone useful 👍🏻1 -
The 4th post of the thread means the 4th reply there, where the first post about appeals is post number one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
