    ECP of course, the page we advised to look at.

    Given the debt agent deals with hundreds of thousands of cases from lots of PPCs, isn't it obvious you can't just look up your photos on any page of theirs?  Look at their website for a laugh!  The debt agency one is all about misleading people to pay up, nothing else.

    You will find that the standard advice on here and in the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements , is to

    Ignore the debt collectors , that advice remains , leaving one option only !!  😁😁😁

    Wow, sorry but a little rude. A few minutes of my life I don’t always have. Going through some massive life changes right now where I barely get a minute to breath and just thought I would ask the nice helpful people on
    here as I tend to get confused easily. But thanks for your concern.

  • Hello all, me again. So I tried to login to ECP’s page. And it said ‘no matches found, please check details’. Does this mean it’s been cancelled as they have confirmed?! 

    I have tried a few times and it says the same thing.

    Sorry almost as soon as I wrote that it let me login. It’s still not been cancelled, should I chase Morrisons as I still have the emails?
