Still doesn't mean it's all over yet - periodically check the payment page for the PPC; if it really does get cancelled then it'll show this on there in some manner (either as cancelled or amount owing £0).

What do you mean check the page?! Where would I see this information. Thank you 😊

How were you meant to originally pay the PCN? Look at it - it probably referenced a website where you could pay online. It is that page I meant.

Ahh thank you - that makes sense now. I never even logged onto look at that. I shall check shortly though, thank you 😊

Further email from them - will keep checking the PCN page but if it’s gone to the debt collector stage then do I check their page or the original parking company?! Thanks all for your help 😊

To help us make sure there are plenty of car parking spaces for our customers we do operate a pay and display policy and a 2-hour limit but we know sometimes 2 hours might not be enough time if you are doing a large shop or want to grab a bite to eat or if you simply need a little extra time.

With this in mind should you find you do need more time to shop with us please let our colleagues know on the Customer Service Desk have your registration number and they will make sure you do not receive a charge. 

It’s great that you enjoy shopping with us and as a much valued customer we are happy to cancel the parking charge for you.
