Hope you have had chance to relax this weekend. A huge well done on getting through the week last week. The O pressure is unreal...at least they are gone now and hopefully won’t be back for some time.paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.

Hope you get a good result for all the hard work from Mr O. At least you’ll have a more chilled end to term.

This weekend wasn't bad, felt so tired Saturday that I went back to bed for 3 hours! then out to dinner with my mate, we had cocktails and a laugh!
Today, slightly worse for wear(!) I deep cleaned the rabbits out! I am now the proud owner of a wet dry hoover which is a dream for a rabbit owner. I feel much better about them in the heatwave, though a lot of rabbit friends have brought theirs indoors, I can't do that no space and I am not here to supervise. So outside, shade, ice pods and bottles and solar fans. And fingers crossed.
I can come home between jobs tomorrow to check on everyone, we are finishing early, should be ok. I do need petrol tho. Money is interesting but ok.
have a good week XXXNevertheless she persisted.2 -
Pleased you get to come home early in the heat. The buns sound well sorted - better cared for than some human beans.January spends - £587.581

I survived the heatwave, it was AWFUL. I have a strong dislike for the heat, it is frightening trying to care for someone who won't tell you anything about how they feel. It is also scary having so many animals, in the end everyone came in which was not fun but essential.
Work finishes tomorrow. Which is a blessed relief. I don't think I will go out. I am so tired it is unreal.Nevertheless she persisted.3 -

Still very tired.
Having saved most of my second job money, I made the decision to pay my emergency fund (1000) off the loan. One basically replaces the other. I have done all my big spending bar work shoes and perhaps some cotton tops (why is it so hard to find them!). My CC bill is 100ish (paid on pay day) and I am not spending much this summer. If I need money I will borrow out o my savings. Getting my hair done once (skipped the last one) and mostly staying home working on the house and garden. Re use, and recycle (!) and save!
I watched Martin's latest video on Beanie's diary and it stayed with me. I am really worried about the winter, mum keeps the house at 25 degrees and I can't bear to think about how much the bills will be. I don't feel like it will get any better any time soon.

Bon marche had some nice cotton tops this year although a little on the thick side. I didn’t think I was the right age group to shop there but it turns out I am. Gas doesn’t seem to be quite as awful as electricity so maybe the bills won’t be quite as bad as you fear although horrid to have to live at 25 degrees!2
