  • I was having a good day really, lots of little annoying jobs done but then I noticed the house bun (The Not foster boy) wasn't eating. I have no car as it has failed the mot and going to cost me most of my emergency fund to get it fixed. I had to cab it to the vets and spend 130 pounds to get him some help. He isn't doing so well tonight. Took the food ok but not enough. But he is cleaning himself so that is a bonus. Might be eating but like all animals when you want them to do something (eat, poo, wee, move!) they won't do it if you stare at them. I think he is tho..... keeps head butting the hay bag (he has hay on the floor too) and I think there might be poo... oh the excitement. Still sitting still a lot tho.

Need to sort out the washing XXX

  • Rabbits seem like hard work! I’m glad my cats just get on with it. Although one did bring me a mouse yesterday and then proceeded to eat it’s brain and leave the rest….nice!!

Im now understanding why when our rabbit escaped and didn’t return, no one seemed very bothered.  (I was about 6/7) and there wouldn’t have been money for vets trips.

Generally I find once they get sick or bullied and for some once they come in they don't do so good, a sort of once they get sick they stay prone to sickness. They are so stressy

I like guinea pigs. A lot.

    And dogs. so much.

  • He is doing better but SO tired. I keep thinking he is ill again but then he perks up. His cage door has been open all day and he has barely come out. Eating though which is the main thing.

I have to go, having a conversation with mum.
