    Ah no Buffy.
Nobody on here thinks of you as anything but someone trying their best. Teaching is just impossible at the minute.

Did you know that 85% of teachers don’t make it past their first year? That must show you that you are doing amazing by just getting in every day.

    I did not know that.

It is food Mum won't eat. She has bought it now cos she feels better and thinks she will. She might eat some of it.
    Nevertheless she persisted.

I have been doing it too long to quit. I know how to get round things, get by, but the stress remains. And yes, we got through teachers who quit like no one's business.

Yep. tiredness is !!!!!!. Even eating has given me a little more balance. I am grateful she feels better. It is good not to think she is in pain all the time. And she has eaten two rock cakes.

  • I have woken up feeling a bit better head wise. Took mum tea, did the dishwasher, washing machine is on. tidied up pill boxes.

I took the rabbits some fruit and veg treats and sat with them for a bit. It was nice with the four of them pootling about eating and stealing food from each other. The sun is shining.

It is such a pity smallest bun couldn't get on with them. She is just becoming more nervous. :( I fed her in a different part of her hutch and she freaked out. She might be better in a run. Plus she isn't litter trained so hutch is yucky.

One of the rabbits has a snotty nose so needs to go to the vets tomorrow. Also my best girl guinea pig has had a bloody nose(one nostril only) so am worried about her. I will ring the vets and see if they can see my girl too.

    Right, I need some opinions.

I am getting between 5 and 6 hours sleep a night, I do about 7500 steps a day (average). I have noticed since having covid that I am so tired that on Saturdays I struggle to do anything beyond the errands for mum and sister. I get up ok and do some housework then breakfast and then errands, but when I come home I am so so tired. I napped today for 4 hours.

Tomorrow I will get up and more than likely am ok and do all my cleaning. It is bugging me that I am not getting ahead.

I think maybe I have always been tired.

I am considering paying for private health care.

As in to see a GP. I can't get an appointment at mine, you need to do the ringing up thing and in any case you can only discuss one thing - so as well as the tiredness my hands ache when I wake up. I want to speak to a doctor who wants to hear what is wrong with me not get me out of the room as fast as possible.

I am looking at quotes. The cheapest is 68 and the most comprehensive is 98.

I think there are also walk in private clinics... And there is a one off medical check up.

    What do you think?

    Nevertheless she persisted.
