    Poor you @beanielou. I remember the huge wait you had to get your car back. Does this mean that the work wasn't done properly? 🤔
    In a nutshell yes, that is what the Audi dealership believe.

    We have the same problem because I can only drive an automatic.  Fortunately it's only happened once and they had exactly the same car as we've got and it was actually a year younger.  I hated it!  It was completely different to our car to drive.  Doesn't really matter now as DH does 99% of the driving now if anything happens.

    The only time I drive now is to go to group which is, at most, once a month (except when I slipped out of target like the last couple of weeks!).

    @beanielou.

    Beanie, did you not say it was a disability car? If so surely they are legal obligation to give you like for like?

    Thanks, hopefully we will but don't think we will have  enough time because our slot is 12-5 🤔

    Yes, a motability car but car hire company car cant supply what they dont have.
    Really dissapointed & frustrated at both Motabilitys & RSA motability response.
    Pondering my next steps.

    Any advice from anyone welcomed, thanks.

    Have they given you any idea how long the latest problem will take to fix @beanielou? I understand that a hire car company only has a limited range of vehicles. I think pushing the garage to get the repair done ASAP is the best option. Easier said than done though.☹️
