Thanks for the new thread beanie.

Having a great but very synful weekend.  We're actually staying an extra night and not going home until Monday.  Will probably end up eating breakfast out on Monday morning so more synful than eating something in the van.

Think there will need to be plenty of damage limitation during the week!

Thanks for starting the new thread beanie.

I've got left over lasagne and salad for lunch tomorrow (DH definitely hasn't got his appetite back yet).

It's great that we can eat healthily with SW without breaking the bank. ☺️

I went to Sainsburys today as I needed bread. I really like the Rankin soda bread. I picked up YS swede and carrot and BNS chunks.

It's difficult to focus on losing weight with all that's been going on during lockdowns. I think many people started off in the first one full of enthusiasm to try new hobbies and sort out their homes and gardens  but have got jaded and fed up since. That can often lead to comfort eating (or drinking😉).

I remember sary seemed to be suffering from long Covid and starting a new job. I'm sure people will start again when the time is right for them just like a RL group except ours if free!!😁

We are having a roast today despite sweltering temperatures! It's my favourite meal of the week. Fortunately the house is cool and we won't be eating until after 7 anyway.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- LO lasagne (P,F,S) with salad (S)
D- JO Roast Pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), cauli, broccoli, green cabbage, red cabbage, swede & carrot mash (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😊

Thanks for the heads up bubbs. I don't need any sun cream myself but good to let people know. Syn free of course. 🤣

You're all set up for lunches for a few days. Good planning and no oven. How clever. 👍

We've not heard from tie for a while either. Maybe she'll update us when school closes this week. My DD and her class have to isolate for the next week. One child has tested positive so she'll have to teach remotely. Not how they wanted to end the year. What a mess. ☹️
