It's been 32 degrees here all day and I've spent a lot of time sitting with my feet in a bowl of cold water 😀I'm not on plan yet so just eating what's in the house until Monday
Weetabix for breakfast
Cheese and chutney roll ,yogurt and two apricots for lunch
Banana and and a handful of raspberries for a snack
The worlds smallest baked potato with cheese for tea

OBL that's not a bad day's food apart from the biscuits though said that depending on what biscuits they were they could be within plan anyway! But of course you need to use up what you have in the house - wouldn't be very MSE otherwise!
No thunderstorms here either and it's still sweltering. It's still 23 indoors with windows and doors open not that it's doing much as the air is so still, hardly a puff of wind.
