Hope you have a good time tonight @MrsRyan. Try to behave yourself with food even if no other way!🤣

Delighted to report that I weigh exactly the same as I did 8 weeks ago! 😁 Of course I'd have liked a loss but STS leaves me at the top of range and another 8 weeks of flexibility until I have to go again. 😁

I just did 'weigh and go' today as I wanted to join friends for a walk afterwards. We did 6000+ steps so got some decent Body Magic in. It's still warm here too @joedenise but we did have a shower of rain although not much. I caught up with a woman at SW that started the same day as me 11 years ago this month. She did lose but never quite got to target as she had a few problems like her kitchen being refurbished and then developing a food intolerance which put stuff off the menu until they got to the bottom of it. Then she stopped coming and has gained back some of the weight she lost. Anyhow she's back now and has lost 1.5 stone in 10 weeks. It was good to catch up and I felt good that I'd stuck with it through thick and thin, and mostly thin! 🤣

I've changed today's menu a bit. If I hadn't stayed in target we were going to have Austrian ham hash which is free but now we're having corned beef hash instead which we prefer. I just went to check the syns for the corned beef (half a large tin) online but my membership has been discontinued!  It asks for my new card number.🤔 If it doesn't update by tomorrow I'll message the consultant to sort it out.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA1 milk
L- ham (P), stir fried veg and beetroot (S)
D- corned beef hash with cheese topping (P,F,S, HEA2) with green veg (S)
Syns- corned beef tbc, horseradish 1

Well done on the STS and still being in target.   Did you try to go onto the website as soon as you got in @maman?  If so it's probably because your consultant hasn't done her paperwork!  Once that's done which should be sometime today then you should get your access back.

There is a big variation between the different corned beefs but there is also:

Corned beef, standard.       3 syns per 100g
Corned beef, lean                1.5 syns per 100g

I generally just go with one or other of these depending on whether I've got the small tins of lean or the bigger standard ones!

    Afternoon all,

Rain here, damp walk tonight, so different to last night’s 26 degrees!

I seem to be totally off plan this week, not eating unhealthy but not following the food plan I made last week, and not the most nutritious either, im blaming star week!

Last night Korean beef turned into baked potato, cheese, beans, pickles and sausages oops.

B – fruit and fibre ss milk

L – Ryvita, roast toms, dairylea light, hula hoop puffs

    D – who knows !!

    Have fun at the NTA’s

You could have done worse than a baked potato @klew356. I'm sure just keeping the calories down won't hurt for a few days.

Thanks for the corned beef info @joedenise. I'll go with the 3 syns per 100g although I know it isn't very fatty. I've given up on buying the lean one. It really doesn't look that different and it's so expensive compared to a large tin. This time I froze half a tin rather than eat twice as much as I needed! 😉 You're probably right about the updated paperwork. I tried at lunchtime without thinking  but I think she has groups all day so I'll wait and see what happens.

Have to admit it's been a long time since I bought the lean one - the price is just ridiculous!  Even the fatty stuff (but like you say very little difference to the lean) is quite expensive now.  Corned beef used to be one the cheap sandwich fillers when we first got married, certainly a lot cheaper than ham.

I did exactly the same when I thought I'd lost access which was when I contacted Head Office; they asked for a screen shot but of course by the time I got their response my consultant had done her paperwork and it could get back in.

My group is the last of her groups.  Most of her groups are on Thursday - think she does 3 including 2 evening ones.

Have made a bit of a c*ck up with dinner - hadn't realised it took 90 minutes to cook and didn't start getting it ready until 5 o'clock so think we might be hungry by the time it's ready but hopefully we'll enjoy it all the more!

Oh dear @beanielou.  What's wrong with the car?  Hope it isn't anything too serious or expensive.

Is there anything we can do to help you get your motivation back again?

Poor you @beanielou. I remember the huge wait you had to get your car back. Does this mean that the work wasn't done properly? 🤔

That sounds like the repair work wasn't done properly @beanielou; it should be redone under guarantee.  That doesn't help you of course as you won't have a car.  Does your car insurance have a hire car for such problems?

Up early again this morning - I'm getting fed up with keep getting up earlier than I need (or want) to!  DH has gone off to golf again.  He's in a competition with another club and had to leave before 7 o'clock as it's near London and needs to be there by 8 o'clock for breakfast before the game.

Going to WI again.  I have absolutely stuck to plan properly this week, ie keeping under 15 syns a day - probably averaged around 10 a day - so really hoping for a decent loss (for me that means more than 0.5lb!).

    Today's plan:

    B - overnight oats with frozen fruit - HEB; S; F
    L - eggs, chips, beans, mushrooms - P; S; F
D - beef stew, mash followed by rice pudding with almond milk - HEA2; F

    HEA1 & 2 - milk
    HEB - porridge oats
    Syns - weekend wine 15ish!

    Have a good day everyone.
