Sorry to hear this news of your BIL @bubbs - what @beanielou said!
Not reported in for a couple of days! 🤭. To cut a long story short, I've been finishing up the SW free Quorn spaghetti bolognese for dinner each evening. I also went for lunch with some friends on Thursday. Had coffee with oat milk and jacket potato with beans and cheese and tiny side salad there.Thursday's syns came to 15 and Friday's 14.5. Today I've had two poached eggs, two slices of wholemeal toast (HEB and 6 syns), with marmite, baked beans and tbsp reduced salt/sugar HP sauce (half syn). Plus Oatly allowance for coffee (HEA1), grapes and satsumas. I'm finishing off the spag bog for dinner with Parmesan (HEA2), plus a very large salad of rocket, spinach, toms, cue and celery plus fat free vinaigrette. And some Green and Blacks choc (5 syns). Total - 11.5 syns. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Morning all, a much nicer morning today; the sun is already shining; let's hope it stay like it! Another machine load in and almost finished and ready to go out on the line. There's a little bit of breeze so hopefully shouldn't take too long to dry.
You're doing well @Seasidegal58 on the syns front! I'm actually going to try and do the same this week. Have to admit it's when I drink wine that I end up having do use a weekly syn bank!
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - burger & onions in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
D - oxtail stew, mash - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - 2 low fat sausages 2; low fat burger 0.5
Will probably have a couple of squares of dark chocolate this evening, just to use up a few syns you understand, and bring me up to the minimum of 5 syns we're supposed to have, LOL!
Have a good day everyone.

Bubbs, that is awful, hopefully he will continue to improve in the comfort of his home.
Well done Suffolksue, I can only dream of that!
Didn’t do the whole walk yesterday, spirit was very willing but my new walking shoes objected 😳, don’t understand why as they have been broken in, will have to look at getting another pair, still did about 12 1/2 miles though, then went out to eat at a local restaurant, which is s amazing value. I had kofta so sw friendly, huge meal but was hungry by then!A smile costs little but creates much0
