Welcome back again @MrsRyan.😊 You have got a busy few weeks coming up but you're usually really good at planning what to eat when you're out and about either taking your own or buying lower syn meal deals. Will you be self catering when you go on holiday?

It's hard to resist a buffet @ruby_eskimo . I hope you do or, at least, find a few SW friendly bits to nibble on.

I know it's only one syn or so @milann but I never have spread on sandwiches. I find either LTL mayo or Primula just as good or sometimes the filling is 'wet' enough and it doesn't need it. Primula is 75g for a HEA (IIRC) which is half a tube so hardly worth even counting a little spread on bread.  Just a thought.

I meant to say @Seasidegal58 that it's a great idea of yours to have cake as a treat when you're out. far better to have a slice and enjoy it than buy a whole cake to eat at home.

I'm so pleased you have a proper diagnosis at last @joedenise. Now just to hope your GP has a treatment plan for you but good to know that the physio exercises are working.

We've been for a brisk walk this morning and then had coffee with friends. I always go for Americano and hot milk which I can add myself. Between breakfast and tonight's cheese and the coffee I  will add some extra syns to HEAs today as I'm being extra careful. It's things like that creeping in without noticing that can make a difference.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, strawberries and raspberries (S)
L- LO chicken (free) casserole (F,S)
    D- SW Bolognese (P,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- skinny syrup 0.5, extra HEA 6

Funnily enough @beanielou both my kids do their bras up at the front but I hate doing it that way!  I can't remember ever doing my bra up that way not even when I first started wearing one!

I'm like you @maman when it comes to sandwiches and usually have LTL mayo instead of spread.  When I have something on toast I don't even bother with that.

Have been doing my exercises a couple of times a day although the one where I need to put my arm behind my back I still find extremely painful so tend to leave that one out most of the time - I'm not going to force it.  I've got physio again on Wednesday afternoon so that will be before I speak to the GP; wish it was the other way round really but it is what it is.

Right I'm off to do my exercises again and then get dinner sorted.

I’m a fasten at the front and spinner rounder too.
Maman I usually have a bit of primula cheese spread but I’d run out. I’m not a Mayo lover and don’t usually bother with anything on toast. Thanks for the idea though. You are always so a good at remembering who has written what……😂😂😂by the time I’ve read a few posts I’m usually thinking who said what 😂😂😂

    Morning all,

I’m a fasten at the back person lol

Tired today, took the laptop home and did some work there, not great for switching off and going to sleep!

Took a gentle wander round the park this morning before work, not our usual steps but it helped wake me up a bit!

B – fruit and fibre ss milk (after I tipped half the box on the floor!)

    L – tuna salad

D – BP cheese beans and pickles
