That's a great loss @Seasidegal58 even for a 1st week. I lost 0.5lb my first week and lost nearly all my weight 0.5lb at a time with the odd week at lb. Think over the course of doing SW (since 2010) I've only ever lost 1.5lb once or twice and that's usually after being ill!
That's interesting about the blue cheese - never thought about it being the calcium levels but it's logical really as the HEA choice is for Calcium, so thanks for asking your Consultant on our behalf.

@joedenise - the consultant asked me what my weight loss goal is for this week - I said I'd go for 2lb but she talked me into trying for another 3.5lb! Hope I can keep it up!😱Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

That's interesting about the calcium. I'm glad she had an explanation. Some consultants just talk of SW as if it's magic! There are other ways of getting calcium into your meal plan but it's good to know the reason. You'd get more cheesy flavour from Danish Blue anyway so maybe buy that next time. 🤔2 -

My DD went the other day and got multi packs of small bottles of Evian for £1. She was delighted as that's her tipple of choice. Definitely not her mother's daughter! 🤣1 -
