That's awful news about your BIL @bubbs. I do hope he's on the mend soon. 🤗

My main course was fine today. I had trout, potatoes and salad. Actually they were violetta potatoes which are purple, skins and flesh, and they'd put a few violas in the salad to match!😁 Unfortunately everyone else wanted a pudding (I'd have preferred a starter) so I had cheese. It was lush but way over HEAs. 🤣

Never mind. Line drawn and back on plan tomorrow. I haven't decided yet on WI @joedenise, but hopefully next week. Feeling very over target tonight.

    🤞for tomorrow @milann. 😊

Hope your BIL is OK @bubbs.  Must be very worrying for your family.

Definitely keep an eye on your sugar levels.  How long is it since you stopped checking your levels?  Hopefully you'll be fine.

Thanks, yes as he is diabetic too

I have them done yearly, but before i reversed it i checked them 3 times a day but have not done that for a long time as never ate the carbs like i am now

I just checked my book and I have to go to WI next week. ☹️ I'm going to start from tonight with 120 syns for the 8 days and get 100% on plan. It won't be too difficult as no more meals out planned but I'll feel better to write everything down and do the best meal plan I can. 🤞
