That's awful news about your BIL @bubbs. I do hope he's on the mend soon. 🤗
My main course was fine today. I had trout, potatoes and salad. Actually they were violetta potatoes which are purple, skins and flesh, and they'd put a few violas in the salad to match!😁 Unfortunately everyone else wanted a pudding (I'd have preferred a starter) so I had cheese. It was lush but way over HEAs. 🤣
Never mind. Line drawn and back on plan tomorrow. I haven't decided yet on WI @joedenise, but hopefully next week. Feeling very over target tonight.
🤞for tomorrow @milann. 😊1 -

Definitely keep an eye on your sugar levels. How long is it since you stopped checking your levels? Hopefully you'll be fine.

I just checked my book and I have to go to WI next week. ☹️ I'm going to start from tonight with 120 syns for the 8 days and get 100% on plan. It won't be too difficult as no more meals out planned but I'll feel better to write everything down and do the best meal plan I can. 🤞1
