Morning all, just popping in quickly for an update. Maintained this week which is good considering we went to the pub on Saturday for the first time since March last year and I may have had a few more beverages than I was planning (plus crisps!). Was a lovely evening just sitting in the pub garden, hardly anyone there so felt very safe.
Have a bit of a migraine today so trying to take it easy and find things to do for work that won't involve staring at a computer screen all day. Had the usual FF yogurt, blueberries and granola for breakfast, lunch is going to be HM lentil soup and dinner is a spinach pesto-esque pasta dish with prawns and mushrooms. Not tried it before but sounds and looks quite nice from the recipe 🤷♀️

L - lentil soup, nectarines
D - gammon steak, veggie hash, tomatoes, mushrooms
HEXA x 2 milk for coffee, may not need it all depends how the day goes!

Morning all, weather looking a bit better today, still a bit grey and with a bit of breeze so have take a chance with a load of washing which is now hanging on the line. Hope it brightens up later as it's so miserable.
Well done of the STS @ruby_eskimo especially after an evening spent at the pub.
I had a quick check on the scales this morning and it's not looking good - I'm up 0.5lb; just going to carry on keeping fairly low syn and hope for the best Friday morning. If I have to pay and go the following week too so be it!
Today's plan:
B - breakfast hash - LO potatoes, mince, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper and topped with fried eggs - P; S; F
L - sweet chilli noodles - noodles, frozen stir fry mix, piquant peppers, sweet chilli sauce - S; F; 3
D - Irish hotpot - lamb, onions, swede, turnip, parsnip, carrots, pearl barley, potatoes; green beans; peas - P; S; F
S - Ryvita & Primula Light (if needed/wanted) - HEB, HEA2
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - Primula Light?
HEB - Ryvita?
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 3
Have a good day everyone.

Just noticed that both @ruby_eskimo and @Jellybaby are having lentil soup today. My favourite! 😋 I ate the last portion last week so definitely need to make more.
We've been trying to get to Bletchley for years @bubbs but something always crops up to stop us. Will add it to list of places to go. Well done for having free food (peas and mash) as well as the Speed and Protein.
We're out to lunch today. It's overcast but dry and warmish. I've looked at the restaurant online and fancied a few fishy things but sometimes they're just sample menus. I'll report back later but I'm sure wine syns will be involved too so definitely not less than 15! I've had a SW friendly breakfast (bacon and eggs) so it'll be just the one meal off plan.1 -
Your food is looking much more balanced now Bubbs….hope you get the results.
Enjoy your meal Maman.
I weigh in tomorrow- could go either way as I’ve guesstimated quite a few syns……January spends - £587.581 -
