    Thanks Maman

Longs i don't have a gain i am happy, but looking at it i never had all my hex last week and never had as much free food as last week. I have taken some SAS logs again as it does make you look properly if you have having your free foods and syns.

Will have my syns today plus a couple extra as having chicken and cashew nuts i think 14, 2 syns for rice and 1 for sweetener for ice cream, although i am not 100% if i am having that or chicken and mushroom 9 1/2 😏 decisions, decisions 🤣

SSG, i am calling you that now😂 it's easier, enjoy the concert   we have 2 shows in 1 week  which were cancelled during lockdown 1,  6th and the 9th, i'll be knackered that week 🙄

Blame it on the alfresco Monster Munch @TakeItEazy! 🤣

I meant to say @Seasidegal58, that AFAIK only Danish Blue and some blue cheese triangles are counted as a HEA so not Stilton or Gorgonzola or Dolcelatte. No idea why?? 🤔

I've done the maths @bubbs and your portion size comes to less than 8 syns. I'd still count the 9.5 but it's good to know you're well within syns. It allows for varying recipes across different restaurants. 😊

Thanks, were you a math's teacher 🤣 yes still counted 9 1/2, the reason i weighed it was because we was on about it in group the other week being just an average
