Not sure I've made the strawberry tarts right bubbs!  Mine don't look anything like yours!  My mixture seemed really wet so assume I put too much egg in - I just squidged it into the cake dips - think I would have been better using my proper tart tins but forgot I had them as haven't used them for years as haven't made tarts since I started SW!  What texture is the "pastry" supposed to me?

Did you use oat bran or oats? i use 1 egg , mine were just moist

I used oats but I blitzed it so it was like flour.  Should I have just used it as it is?

Mine were a bit darker than that but perhaps that's because my oven was a bit hot.  I cooked them at 200 for 12 minutes but  they certainly tasted good.  Will definitely give them another go some time but usually use my HEB for bread so will probably end up having to have them when I have a Green day as I can have 2 HEBs!

Well last night's dinner didn't go as planned as DS worked late so it was spag bol from the freezer instead.  He'll cook tonight.
Went for my second sports massage and oh, my was it sore, but slept so much better and feel good this morning - at least my hips, back and shoulders do!

Today is expected to be another scorcher here so need to remember to keep my water levels topped up.

    Today's plan -
B - ff Greek yghurt, strawberries, raspberries
L - prawns, huge salad with melon to snack on mid afternoon
D - DS's chilli type meal with sweet potato wedges and h/m salsa

    HEXA1 - milk for coffee
HEXA2 - possibly cheese with dinner
    HEXB - none planned
Syns - skinny syrup 0.5, seafood sauce 4 (using this up)

    Have a good day everyone

Morning all, weather doesn't look as nice this morning as yesterday but at least it's dry.  Have another machine load of washing in which I'll hang out shortly.  Think it should dry OK as there is a little bit of breeze.

Things have gone a bit awry with my menu plan as lunch was supposed to be LO tagine but we ate it all last night!  So have had to have a rethink so today will probably be:

B - scrambled eggs on toast
    L - jacket potato; tuna mayo; salad - P; S; F; 1
    D - LO gammon; chips; beans; followed by strawberries,  jelly & yoghurt - P; S; F; 0.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 1; sf jelly 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all.  Think I could do with a sports massage as well @Jellybaby - glad to hear it's working for you.

Did an upper body workout this morning and then decided it would be a great idea to do an abs finisher...when it's star week 🥺  Lets just say I can't work out if the pain is just the usual cramps or if it's my muscles screaming at me.  Glad I have a hot water bottle that I can sit here with 😆

Breakfast was the usual ff yogurt, blueberries and granola this morning.  I've had a weird craving for tuna and sweetcorn with mayo for the last week, so yesterday I made up a batch using a couple of tins of tuna and a tin of sweetcorn which will do at least 4, maybe 5 portions for lunches so that's what I'm having today with some salad bits (cucumber, tomatoes, peppers).  Dinner tonight is just a classic jacket potato with beans and cheese because I fancy something comforting and we have a couple of baking potatoes left over.

Hope everyone has a good day!
