Looks like leaving the yoghurt out worked.  How long did you cook the tarts before filling with the strawberries and jelly?  They look good enough to eat🤣🤣🤣

I could eat one of those tarts right now! 😋 And a Scotch egg. I'm hungry. 😁

Football went much better than expected so feeling happy. 😁

I sort of grazed at lunchtime. I had some ham and tomatoes before I went out and took a banana and a few grapes with me. I had a small bite from DH's Crunchie so calling it one syn. I'll have to plan better next time we have a lunchtime match. Not much Speed but will make up for it with dinner.

It's a glorious day here, hot and sunny. Seems weird as it's raining in London which is less than 70 miles away.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried egg (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    L- SW friendly snacks (P, S, F)
D- roast beef (P), SW roast potatoes. LO gravy (F), swede. carrots, broccoli, cauli, cabbage, red cabbage (S)
    Syns - chocolate 1, wine syns 😁

Morning all!  Congrats on the loss @bubbs and with amazing looking food like you've been posting, it shows that the plan works.  Hope everything goes well with all the appointments @TakeItEazy thinking of you and DH.

Been out for a run this morning and managed a respectable 3km so feeling pleased with that after not running for a while.  Put 0.5lb on this week but star week is due to arrive tomorrow so I know what's caused it and can move on.  Haven't had breakfast yet but am just about to grab some ff yogurt and blueberries.  Will have roasted tomatoes on toast again for lunch and then dinner is a stir fry with some noodles.

Hope you all have a good day.
