The baked apple looks lovely bubbs; I always forget about baked apples as HEB.
Can't believe the change in the weather! It was just cloudy yesterday but I managed to get the bedding dry before it decided to rain; fortunately. Today, however, there was a thunder storm in the early hours which finished about 5am! Still at least I managed to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. Seems to be brightening up a bit now.
DH was going to cut the grass today but I can't see that happening as the grass will be too wet. Bit annoying as the garden waste bin gets emptied tomorrow. Maybe if it's dry in the morning he can get it done before they come to collect it.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - Welsh rarebit - HEB; HEA2; P; F
D - SC gammon hock, onions, carrots, potatoes, mashed swede - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - low fat sausages 2
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all
Denise we had torrential rain yesterday afternoon! Had a storm in the night too, not raining but don't look promising and hasn't all morning 🙄
I might make some strawberry tarts today 😋

First home game of the season today and, as usual, the day is disrupted to suit the TV companies. I don't know why we bother as a big defeat is likely.
I'm cheating a bit with dinner this evening. We won't be home until 5 p.m. at the earliest . I was thinking preparing a casserole in advance then remembered I had some slices of beef in the freezer from last roast. So I've prepped the roast potatoes and defrosted the meat and gravy and will be able to turn around a meal in no time. Very mse too. 😇
No idea what's happening with lunch. I'm not hungry enough yet. I can't just have a Crunchie for my lunch! 🤣
Will post later when it's all sorted out.1 -
Can't remember what you use for the "pastry" in the strawberry tarts? Is it wraps or do you use filo or something? Bought some strawberries yesterday and might have a go at making some for pud tonight! Assume you just use sugar free jelly to glaze.

Denise, no either oats or wheat bran, mix with egg and sweetener and a little yoghurt, No you need to add gelatine to the jelly, remember it all poured out when i just used jelly 😂Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0

Thanks bubbs. Think I've got some gelatine in the cupboard but will have to check. If not I'll just eat the strawberries with some quark🤣🤣🤣. Will add gelatine to my shopping list if I haven't got any!
I've already got one of the curry books which is good so don't think I'd bother with that one if they are all doing it. Not been on our Facebook page today so idea if my consultant is doing it. It might be because your consultant has got lots left and there is yet another new book coming out!
PS. Just checked our Facebook page and it looks like it's an offer from HQ. Definitely looks to me like there's another new book coming out!
