Afternoon all, been a mad busy day at work so far but hoping to finish around 4ish and get out for a walk.  I'm assuming the way I've felt lately, my moods and aches and pains are all menopausal related.  Only had about four hours sleep last night as I was burning hot so I'm a bit like a bear with a sore head today.

    B - f/f yoghurt, banana, coffee
L - Ham salad roll, nectarines
D - Prawn stir fry, noodles and lots of veg

I've also just inhaled a piece of Malteser tray bake - no idea the syns and I didn't particularly enjoy it but it's gone and DS is eating the other slice he bought.

    Hi all 🤗
Big hugs Bubbs, so with you on this trip 🥺
I was at target for over 10 years until first lock down. Went over a stone above and couldn’t get back for love nor money 🥺. Still struggling with 10lb to go and just can’t get there. I’m blaming menopause as honestly even when religious sticking to it (especially portion control & MyFitnessPal) still no movement 😤 another small gain this week! It’s like one step forward, two steps back 😢
Even resorted to adding fenugreek (supposed to be appetite suppressant 🥴) to food, not sure it’s working or placebo but gives me stomach ache 🥴.
    So stressed here 😵‍💫
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

bubbs I always use a small grater as it makes it look like you've got twice as much cheese for your 30g🤣 - I know it's all in the mind but it just seems like it's more!

You'll have to squeeze your strawberries and ice cream in the margins!

Sending you a big hug @TakeItEazy 🤗 You've enough to cope with (was going to say on your plate ☹️) without worrying about weight gain as well.

I think I've been lucky as lockdown gave me more control as not eating out.

Tomorrow will be off plan unexpectedly. DD2 phoned to ask if we can meet up so that will be lunch out and wine syns. 😁 We've not seen them since June as she doesn't drive and she and her DH have busy jobs but they're off tomorrow so it'll be good to see them. SW can wait. Out Friday too and bought Crunchies today ready for the first home game on Sunday. ❤️⚽ Massive rein in coming up next week. 😉

I got that message again on the app @joedenise. It seems to come up just after 4 WIs missed. I looked back in my history and I emailed SW to ask why about a year ago but got no reply.

I own a Mouli grater but as I only buy blocks of cheese at Christmas it rarely gets used. These days I buy and freeze grated Cheddar.

I have a small grater for Parmesan as I think freshly grated tastes much better. 😋

Haven't had a Mouli grated for ages now but when I did I had 3 different rollers in it - a fine grater, a normal grater and a sort of slicer which didn't really slice!

maman when I contacted SW about the message they said they do the reminder after 4 weeks and to just click on the Skip button - however I didn't actually have the Skip button!  Will wait until it happens again and then I'll send them a Screenshot as they asked me to last time but by the time I got that email my consultant had done her paperwork so the message had gone!

I've also got a Kenwood food processor with various grater disks.  The last block I bought was so crumbly I ended up chopping it up and putting it through the small grater and putting it in a box in the fridge.  No point in putting it in the freezer as DH quite often wants to make himself cheese sandwiches in the evening and he moans about "cold" cheese when I freeze it so it's easier just to leave it in the fridge.

Sorry to hear you've had a gain TIE; it's bad enough when you know there's a reason but when you're sticking to plan it's really annoying.  Try not to worry about it, hopefully if you stick to plan it will eventually come off.
