    Good morning all,

I am super lazy and buy grated cheese!

My tea last night was lovely, plain and simple but filling. I skipped the gravy to be good, I didn’t need it to be honest.

Busy day today, although every day is busy at the moment, my nights are quiet I walk the dog then make tea etc and then im like what now as I am used to being run ragged during the day! I actually had 45 minutes in the garden reading my book in the last of the sun last night, was lovely. Think I needed the vit d!

    B – granola ss milk

    L – corned beef hash

D – bangers, mash , peas and carrots – leftovers!

No I didn't.  I worked as a legal secretary in the Civil Service.  Why d'you ask?

No breakfast allowed this morning so just having a couple of glasses of water, yuk!  DH has suggested we go to the golf club for breakfast after our blood tests so no idea what I'm likely to be able to have!  No matter what it is I know I'll be ready for it - I'm hungry already!

    So today's plan:

    B - water - followed eventually by I don't know what!
L - creamy garlic mushrooms, mini roasties, may also have a slice of toast (depends on whether I have toast for breakfast)
D - chicken with red peppers in a tomato sauce; pasta

    HEA - milk
    HEA2 - Primula Light
    HEB - bread?
Syns - none planned but probably some for breakfast!

Back later - to let you know what I had for breakfast, LOL!

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, hope everything goes well Denise and enjoy your breakfast   Thought I'd have a great sleep last night as was sooooo tired but it wasn't to be, think I got four hours max again.  Hope this doesn't last long.

Trying to reduce the damage of the last two weeks before weigh in on Saturday so today's plan -

B - 45g bran flakes, f/f yoghurt, strawberries and raspberries
L - tomato and red pepper soup
D - gammon steak, veggie hash, broccoli, mushrooms

    HEXA 1 - milk
    HEB - bran flakes
Syns - none planned but possibly some brown or chilli sauce at dinner (1.5?)

Jellybaby brown sauce is 1 syn per Tbs; hot chilli sauce is 0.5 syn per Tbs so syns will depend on how much and which you have!

Blood test went OK; don't think I'm going to end up black and blue like I often do as the woman doing it was really good - there is one woman there (who would have done my test on Tuesday if we'd fasted!) who is absolutely useless at finding my veins and I always end up black and blue!

Went to the golf club for breakfast but it was at least a full day's syns (which of course I haven't really got - glad I'm not weighing until at least next week!).  I had smashed avocado with chilli flakes (but certainly didn't taste any and only saw 2 small flakes!); grilled halloumi (HEA2); slice sourdough toast and butter; poached egg.  It was really nice but not something I'll have again for a long time!

Have decided to use my HEA2 for the halloumi and will syn the Primula Light as never use the full amount when I do creamy garlic mushrooms.

We've decided to put off our holiday to France in September and leave it until December and we can do some of the Christmas markets so some of the time will be spent in Germany as that's where the best Christmas markets are.  Just need to get in touch with Eurotunnel and see if they'll change the dates without any extra money!
