I suppose the only way you could win Slimmer of the Week @joedenise would be to be way out of range and get back PDQ, over say 2 weeks. Maybe an outside shot if everyone else gained or had really small losses. I don't think we need worry. It's not going to happen. 🤣

That made me 🤣🤣🤣.  Don't think I've ever got a chance!  The most I've ever lost is 1.5lb in a week.

I'm well out of target at the moment and thinking I might even need to book a week's holiday at the end of this month as we're on holiday for the whole of September so not even contemplating going to group until end October!  I weighed this morning and need to lose 3lb by 27th!  Really can't see that happening.

Good to see you using Free foods for the beans and chips!  It really doesn't seem right to say that you need to use free foods n order to lose weight.  But to be honest I just wish that some of the things I have would be Free rather than Syns!

I suppose it's because Free Food (in proportion) is part of the plan. I know they say that you shouldn't do SP for a prolonged period but I thought that was in case you felt hungry and gave up. Maybe it's essential to have some free food. 🤔

    Morning all,

Gosh I was starving last night, I felt like my hunger could not be supressed I ended up going to bed sharp so I didn’t eat anything else!

     B – granola ss milk

L – mug shot ( I have a scan today so cant eat after 8am and I’m heading straight back to work)

D – LO chicken curry and noodles – may add something else in there as the portion is small.

Banging headache this morning and I drank well over 2 litres yesterday I think its atmospheric

Got a scan so nil by mouth after 8am, had a larger bowl of cereal and il have the mug shot at my desk when I return – not ideal but means I can crack on with work

The sas log is a bit like what I do on myfitnesspal, if you bite it write it!

Morning all, I feel a bit flat and out of sorts this morning.  No idea why just don't feel my usual self!   Another day of working from home and probably only talking to a couple of colleagues by video call - totally soul destroying but going to try and get out for a walk at lunch time.  DS is home to night after a long weekend away so  looking forward to seeing him, and his washing!

    Today's plan -
    B - toast with banana
L - tomato and red pepper soup
D - BBQ flatties, homemade SW chips and huge salad

    HEXA1 - milk for coffee
    HEXB - toast
Syns - think flatties are 1.5 for half the packet need to check, 1.5 for tbsp salad cream

Have a good day all

Morning all, it's a bit grey here today, think it might even rain later.  Just glad I managed to get the motorhome bedding washed and dried yesterday, just need to remake the bed once I've cleaned it.

It was lovely to catch up with my sister yesterday after such a long time.  We talk on the phone regularly but it's not the same as face to face.  Ended up having more than one glass of wine so no syns left so will probably end up going over this week but going to try and keep very low syn for the rest of the week.

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese on toast - HEA2; HEB; P; F
    L - stuffed peppers - P; S; F
    D - jerk prawns; coconut rice - P; S; F; 1.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - 50ml light coconut milk 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Love that @klew356! I felt hungry last night too, probably because I had my dinner really early at 6 pm before I went out.  I had an apple and a spring onion wrapped in a slice of ham when I got back.

How do you cook the chicken flatties @Jellybaby? I've got some in the freezer that have been there for a while. I normally cook most things in the oven so not sure how they work. 🤔 Sorry to hear you're feeling down. I doubt DS's washing will cheer you up! 🤣

Not sure how many syns to  count for corned  beef hash today. I generally shave off any visible fat  but tins vary. I'll call it 4 including 1 tbsp of horseradish. I probably don't have any syns left either @joedenise as I didn't count last Friday's anniversary meal. It'll be much the same next week too as we're out with friends this Friday. I'm being very good in between though. 😇

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks
L- ham (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- corned beef hash (P,F,S) with greens (S) and HEA2 topping
    Syns- hash 3, horseradish 1
