Afternoon all, well I have well and truly over - and I mean way, way over - indulged the last few days. I am more than ready to get back on plan from today and get rid of the horrible sluggish, bloated feeling. My meals have been mainly SW friendly just out of habit and it’s usually how I eat anyways. But it’s the crisps, nuts and wine or just a few chocs and half a tin later 🙈 while watching TV ….. so back on plan and keep my tum happy.

Your such a great bargain hunter @bubbs.  I’m taking mum food shopping tomorrow so hope to pick up a few bargains for the freezer.   Talking of freezer better go and take spag Bol out for dinner 😁

Change of plan for lunch as we popped out to the bank to get new cards printed - I discovered that my debit card was out of date and DH discovered his credit card was out of date whilst we were in France!  Apparently Metrobank don't automatically send out new cards if you don't use them regularly!  Good job we had access to other cards or we would have been stuck in France with no access to one.  We'd always assumed that new cards were sent automatically but apparently they've stopped doing this since Covid hit!  What difference does that make to making sure customers have up to date cards.  We only use our Metro cards when we go to France and as we haven't been able to go for a couple of years this is what happened!  Lunch ended up as crackers with smoked salmon & cheese with tomatoes for me; DH had smoked salmon, brie and pate on his.  So a few extra syns than originally planned.
