Morning all
Abbafan, i agree with Denise, if you cannot trust yourself to not eat them get rid and why would your mum make a comment like that then give you not just one tin for the family, but 10 boxes in total?
Well i consumed about a million syns yesterday 😱 but it was Christmas day 😂 tody we are at the theatre and need to leave here about 12.30 so we are having a "fry" up before we go and guess it will be snacky things later , plenty of gammon left, always have pickles /salad etc so good to go, it's just if the chocs call me again 😂😂

Morning all, hope you all had a lovely Christmas Day. We had a lovely time at DD1s and ate a huge dinner. I was pretty good and didn't dive into all the unhealthy stuff although everything was cooked in oil but fortunately I was there when DD1s partner was getting the potatoes into the oven so I was pleased to see he didn't go over the top with the oil but of course more than I would use! I filled my plate with mainly veg and roast meats so not much room for the unhealthy potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls! Was also good with the wine and only had a couple of small white ones which I don't really enjoy.
We brought home some of the LO cold meat which we'll have some today for lunch and there will be some left for sandwiches for another day. Also bought home a few profiteroles but again I was pretty good with those yesterday and will only have a couple over the next couple of days (DH can eat the rest!). Also bought home some shortbread, which I didn't eat any of yesterday! Have frozen 2 x 2 pieces for DH to have another time. There's a couple of pieces in the fridge for him to eat whenever he fancies.
Today's plan:
B - Welsh rarebit - HEB, HEA2, P, F
L - cold meats, chips, beans, pickles - P; S; F
D - salmon curry (using the small pieces from he freezer) and rice - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Oh dinner wasn't too bad, prawn cocktail to start, but then i had 1 1/2 of those little white rolls you bake with BUTTER 😋 roasties and parsnips were done in actifry and they were delicious and syn free, 2 pigs in blankets,1 stuffing ball, rest was veg and gravy.
We had Christmas pudding and i had light squirty cream, then later i had chocolates and more chocolates, cashew nuts and finished with 2 satsuma🤣🤣
DH goes you will be moaning when you get weighed 😂
Just had 2 sausages, 1 syn, baked beans, 1 egg, bacon and grilled tomatoes.
Going to get ready now as need to leave here 12.30Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

Morning all, been very quiet on here so hope that is because you are enjoying your Christmas celebrations so much!
Going to pop to Morries shortly and try and get some pork loin to make some bacon; also want to try and get some gammon to make ham. Currently have the SC on with a beef short rib.
Today's plan:
B - baked oats; mixed fruit; yoghurt - HEB; S; F
L - low fat burger; chips - F, 0.5 (not sure what we'll have with them yet!)
D - SC beef short rib stew, mash, green veg - P; S; F; 4.5
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - burger 0.5; short rib 4.5
Have a good day everyone.

Popping back to DD1s this afternoon as bought her a Petit Brie back from France and forgot to take it over on Saturday. Better out of my fridge, although I do have a 1/4 piece in the fridge for DH. The other 3/4 is vac packed and in the freezer. Have also quarter, vac packed and frozen one for DD2 who is on holiday in Iceland at the moment (rather her than me - I don't like the cold!).
We had roasted tomatoes with the burger and chips at lunchtime but forgot all about the onions until it was too late!
Did you enjoy the panto @bubbs? Enjoy your day with your other sister on Wednesday.

Trying to wind down the 'It's Christmas' mindset here but it's hard. 😉
Visitors went home last night so sent much of the cheese, crisps and crackers with them. 😁
Too tempted by chocolate last night and wine syns are ongoing. I'm not bothered by the biscuits or cakes or other than my own favourite chocolates so probably best to just eat them and they'll be gone until next year. 🤣
Meals are fine. Will finish the cold meat off tonight with chips and salad and then more 'normal' food tomorrow.
Thursday is DGD2's birthday and we're meeting up with her and the family . I think the plan is for breakfast! 🤔 If that happens then it could be SW friendly.
We'll have something nice for NYE. I'm thinking lasagne as DH loves it. Then after that (Monday 3rd?🤔) seriously back on plan.2
