Hamper looks great! I’m your twin Bubbs, I had a pound on too 😳 I was well within syns all week but will be making up the shortfall shortly with a gin or two.Took mother shopping this morning and veg in Morrisons looked lovely but she said to hold off as Aldi had better deals 🙈 they did but their veg didn’t look as fresh or good. Brussels were tiny and starting to turn brown. I’m getting my haircut on Tuesday so will nip back to Morries when I’m passing.1

Ridiculous getting a gain with the way you followed the plan @bubbs. Makes no sense at all. ☹️
Hamper looks amazing. Anyone that wins that will be lucky and support a good cause. 👏
I didn't know about the failed dialysis either @TakeItEazy. I thought I might have missed a post. So sorry to hear that. You've done ever so well to dodge Covid in a school. Thank goodness for the Christmas break. 🎅1 -

I knew you went out for dinner last Sunday but a carvery shouldn't make a difference as you balanced off the syns.
I often met friends for a carvery when I was getting to target. Once I'd said no to the massive Yorkies I was home and dry! 🤣1 -

I need a serious proverbial kick up the backside!I was away yesterday.Breakfast was okay- I was on a train but I went to Sainsbury’s and got some fresh blueberries and fat free natural Greek yoghurt. Also had a bottle of water.Lunch again- fine- Boots sushi mini rolls (1 syn) fridge raiders (2.5) and water. I went into the pub while I was waiting for the next train but I had a Heineken 0.0 (3.5 Syns)
Tea- was a Big Mac and large fries 🙈
Supper was a grab bag of crisps and a punnet of raspberries (I know the raspberries were okay at least 😂)
However I did walk 6.5 miles yesterday. I walked back to the hotel from the football ground I was at last night, and I walked round the town centre of the place I was. I also ran up three flights of stairs (and i wasn’t out of breath at the top- I was quite impressed with myself!) so I’m hoping that helped.I had a takeaway Friday night (the actual takeaway wasn’t that bad- lamb rogan Josh and boiled rice- but the naan bread)
I had a cooked breakfast in the hotel as well this morning (I did have sausages and black pudding) Im not going to WI this week though as my friend is working all week so I might get away with it 😂*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

🤞🏼 for Tuesday @TakeItEazy.😊
You must take yourself in hand PDQ @MrsRyan😁. I'm so pleased that you're enjoying yourself but I remember how cross you were feeling when the dress sizes wouldn't shift and your family wouldn't believe you were losing weight. You proved them wrong then and you can do it again. Perhaps as many of us are staying at home more (and maybe forced to soon🤔) then you can buck the trend and lose weight over Christmas. You did well to even find a football match to go to yesterday! Our match yesterday was cancelled so we wait to hear what's happening over the holiday.
Were having pork today as it seems to have been wall to wall chicken lately and we'll be having poultry next weekend. I'm out for one more meal on Tuesday but other than that hope to stay on plan until Christmas Eve. As that will be a Friday then provided the food is fairly low syn then it will be much like a normal weekend using saved syns.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, baked beans (F), bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- LO casserole (P,S), chicken breast (P), pickled cabbage (S)
D- JO roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, swede mash, cabbages, red cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😊0
