After lunch with friends tomorrow, I'm at home until Christmas so will have a think about what I've got time to do. 🤔🎅Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0

Morning all. I agree @maman, nothing better than "fresh" ham stock - but I cook mine in diet coke in the slow cooker so don't actually get any 😆 I ended up getting veg from both Aldi and Sainsbury's at the weekend thanks to you @bubbs. Think DH thought I was mad going to 2 different supermarkets just for veg but hey ho!
Another workout done this morning (although with a little less gusto than yesterday!). I also went for a walk after work yesterday afternoon and did 20 minutes of yoga before bed. Realised that I feel better if I get some time outside and do some stretching every day so that's one of the things I want to try and focus on next year. Had porridge with blueberries this morning, lunch will be lentil soup and dinner is a mushroom and pea orzotto (basically like a risotto but with orzo instead).

A bit of fresh air and some daylight does wonders @ruby_eskimo. It's something I'm determined to do over the Christmas break.
We met friends for lunch today and had a great time. My food was reasonably SW friendly. I had a starter salad with just about every ingredient you could think of. The only synful ones were a bit of avocado and one sun dried tomato. It had a drizzle of vinaigrette on it but I added their delicious balsamic. For my main I had a smoked salmon pasta. Again yummy but although tomato based it did taste like some cream in it too. Then there was the cocktail I had beforehand and the wine with the meal... 🤣
So, I'll forget about today and get back on plan tomorrow. AFAIK we won't be eating out again so I'm in control of my meal choices. I've got cooked veg in the fridge that needs eating up as I've not been at home to eat it since Sunday so lunch is sorted for a couple of days.
I need to finalise my Christmas food list and hit the shops either tomorrow or Thursday. I have all the basics, it's mainly fresh vegetables and some cheeses that I need.
I'm thinking 'we' (i.e. @beanielou) should start a new thread for the new year. What does anyone think? Any ideas for a title?1
