Love them any how although not keen on jam @bubbs but definitely butter.  Ham and cheese is lovely @maman but I like it nuked and then toasted but don't have either in the van!

All this talk of croissants is really making me want to jump in the car and make a trip to Lidl for some from their bakery 😆  Already had some porridge with a banana for breakfast and lunch is roasted tomato and red pepper soup that I made last night.  Dinner tonight is going to be bacon, mushroom and leek risotto which will make more than one portion so that's dinner for Thursday sorted too.  Hope you all have a good day!

It's trying very hard to snow here but every so often we have a burst of rain so hopefully won't come to anything.  Can hear the wind getting stronger though.

Toast and jam again for breakfast, leftover pasta and tomato sauce for lunch and dinner is going to be fish, chips and salad.  Syns: 2 for jam, estimating 4 four breadcrumbs and hopefully no more used

    Have a good day all.

You're having another good SW menu today @Jellybaby and @ruby_eskimo . 🤞for a loss at next WI.

It's horribly wet and windy here. ☹️

My meal last night was probably over syns with the wine but food was good. I had prawn cocktail followed by sea bass on Bombay potatoes. So some syns for Marie Rose sauce and perhaps some oil in the potatoes. Most had a pudding but I had a pot of Earl Grey. 😇

Today I'm trying the sweet potato bhajis and a curry recipe from the same site.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- ham, fried egg (P), hash and pickles (S, F)
    D- chicken curry (P, S), HM pilau (F), bhajis (F, S)
    Syns - 0

A bit late today but have been busy emptying my indoor freezer and putting it into the outside freezer so that we can turn off the fridge/freezer in the kitchen.

Still got stuff to put into the motorhome tomorrow including some of the food although have got quite a lot of it in already!

Printed out our tickets for Eurotunnel on Thursday and noticed they'd got the reg no wrong so spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out!  They couldn't get it to accept our actual reg number so I'm going to have to put my CC which I paid on into the machine in order to check in.

Going to be another busy one tomorrow!  We've got to go for LFTs to a pharmacy in the next town as we need that in order to enter France (they changed the rules a few days ago!).  I've also got physio tomorrow afternoon and need to pick up a few bits of shopping including picking up some stuff to finish off a Christmas present for my neighbour.

Today's plan - not much Speed again as just don't have much in:

    B - porridge, mixed frozen fruit - HEB; S
    L - jacket potato, butter & cheese - HEA2; F; 3.5
    D - mixed bean goulash, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - porridge

    Syns - butter 3.5

Hope this horrible wind and rain doesn't continue too much longer - it's so cold.
