Morning all. Definitely won't be hanging the washing out later as it's raining quite hard so it will have to go on the airer but at least it will all be done then. Should have been going to physio today but had to cancel it and change it to Wednesday so I can be sure the PCR test result will be back. Also got to go to the chemist that day to have a LFT so that we can go to France on Thursday as they've changed the rules for getting into the country from today. Really hope we're not going to have to fork out for PCR tests again in a month's time to come back - these tests are adding a big cost to our holidays!
Today's plan:
B - fry up with sausages - sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - HM pea and ham soup from freezer; slice of bread - P; S; F; 0.5 HEB
D - beef stew from freezer, mash, extra green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread 0.5; hifi bar? 0.5
Syns - sausages 2
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all!Hope everyone’s been alright, sounds like some of you have had an awful time so I’m sending you all my love xSorry I’ve been MIA, I do real estate finance and commercial property and the “this HAS to complete before Christmas” is in full swing so work has gone absolutely bananas! I was working at 3am the other night it’s gone that bad.I got my 1 ½ stone award last week so there’s still hope for my 2 stone before Xmas though I’ve said I’ll give myself until new year now. Had lots of client doos and works doos in the diary which I can’t control so much but I’ve seen lots of posts on Instagram from SW people pointing out Xmas day is three meals, Boxing Day is three meals and new year is one evening and there’s so many other meals in between that could still be on plan so I don’t need the whole of December off and it’s really helped me just try and plan round them and take it one meal at a time. They’ve announced all online members are getting the new books free too so least I’ll have nice shiny books ready for January and the countdown to our holiday at the end of jan. noticed they immediately jacked up the online prices for new members now though! I thought as soon as they said all online get a pack now the new joiner price is going up by at least £10 and lo and behold it’s jumped from £45 to £60 for the bronze! They are still selling the gold one too which I think is a total swizz selling people the old books now as part of a £80 package when in jan everyone no matter what they are on are getting the new pack free! People can just get the silver one for £65 and in jan are in the same position as someone whose paid £80 for the gold now.0

@evilsquid1603 - Sounds like work is horrendous at the moment for you. Glad I don't work anymore, don't think I could cope with hours like that!
Hadn't heard there are new books coming in January; did wonder how long it would be as we haven't had new books for a few years now! Wonder what changes, if any they'll make this time. There always seems to be some sort of tweak when new books come out.
I'm not planning on going to group until early February (New Year's Eve booked as holiday so 8 weeks after that!) so hopefully I'll still get it.
I do think the online prices are expensive and it's a big lump sum upfront - I'm sure it must put some people off.
Jumped on the scales this morning and about 2.5lb of the half stone has gone so assuming it was water retention. Hopefully the rest of it will come off over the next few days!

Morning all and well done Bubbs. I think I must have caught your loss @joedenise and I’ve given myself a real fright with three on this morning! I know I made bad choices all last week but hoping it’s a bit of water retention too and it will come off quickly. Spoke too soon about maintaining over Christmas! It was great catching up with colleagues last night, many I haven’t seen in the flesh since the start of Covid. A few who know I follow SW asked about it as they plan to join 😁I really want to be better organised so I’m going to grab a coffee and do my food plan around the meals I’ve got on for the next two weeks and check out restaurant menus.0

Evening all
Hello, my name is Mrs_Ryan and I’m a River Island-a holic 😂I took advantage of the extended Black Friday discount and bought another t-shirt and some more leggings. I also bought some bralettes- I love their bralettes, they are so very comfy but my size 24 ones I can actually see how baggy they are. My new size 16-18 ones fit so much better.
I popped in today for some more leggings (as I stupidly left the ones I bought Tuesday at my mum’s) and came out with the leggings and a t-shirt- oops 😂It still feels so weird being able to go into the shop and just buy stuff knowing I can fit into it. I went over to my sister’s the other day, I was wearing my new RI cardie and the top and leggings I bought on Tuesday, and when I took my coat off she exclaimed ‘you’re looking so skinny!’ I’m far from skinny but that was a very nice compliment 😊
Food wise- this week hasn’t been the greatest, I’ve had a few er- treats 😂I’m out tomorrow night at a comedy show but I’ve got that well planned, then I’m off to London on Monday. I’m only going overnight and I have a plan- fingers crossed I can stick to it. I didn’t WI last week so I’m hoping for some kind of a loss this week.Today’s food:
B: Cheese on toast (1/2 HEXA and HEXB +4) Skinny bar thing (3)
L: Boots Shapers Mini Sushi Rolls (1) Fridge Raiders (2.5)
D- Roasted sea bass with tomatoes and bacon, potatoes and salad (1/2 for Mayo) Chocolate (4.5)
S: M&S pop chip type crisps (3)

A great NSV @Mrs_Ryan - wow to being called skinny (even if, as you say, you're not). Well I think it's a case of Good when you Can and Careful when you can't with being out and about at this time of year. Hope you manage to stick to your plan when you're in London on Monday/Tuesday. You could try a few SP days when you get back to see if that would help with the damage limitation! Doesn't seem to work for me because I always feel hungry without the carbs!
Today's plan:
B - egg and mushroom sandwich - HEB; P; S; 3.5
L - leek and potato soup - S; F
D - SC chicken, roast potatoes, roasted carrots & onions, green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 3.5
Have had to change breakfast and lunch over with what was planned for tomorrow as forgot to get the sausages out for a fry up so we'll have that tomorrow. Was going to be a sandwich for lunch so that's changed to a Free soup.
Have a good day everyone.
