I lost the plot last night and finished off the crackers (no cheese, just crackers) then I had slices of toasted fruit loaf with butter - I can't eat butter as it irritates my stomach so paying the price for it this morning. I don't normally eat fruit loaf either
I'm writing last night off but soooo annoyed with myself.
Just coffee so far and will finish the pea and ham soup for lunch, dinner is spaghetti bolognaise.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon all,
One of those weeks you would rather forget, diet and everything else has gone on the back burner. Power lost on Friday and only got it back last night, included hole in roof which I have managed to get fixed. Dads health no better and to top it all off man troubles. I haven’t eaten well but it is what it is. I haven’t eaten a lot, just the wrong things to be honest. I moved out of my home into other accommodation after a meltdown about how cold it was and anxiety that my elderly mum also had no electric or warmth (which she did thankfully) and unable to get in touch with the hospital as there was absolutely no signal etc
Hopefully pick up where I left off next week
