Morning all. Hope you feel better soon @TakeItEazy and thanks for the list @bubbs, like the sound of the sourdough!
My back started playing up again last night so didn't get the best nights sleep. Didn't workout this morning but will try and go for a walk this afternoon if I can. Had porridge with raspberries this morning, lunch will be another tofu and vegetable rice bowl and dinner is some leftover chickpea curry which I'll have with a mini naan bread because I can't have rice twice in one day 😏

Morning (just) everyone, it's very wet and windy here. Work is manic again so didn't get a chance to log on at all yesterday.
Thanks for the list of HEBs Bubbs, will look out for the sourdough too.
Had bran flakes, yoghurt and raspberries for breakfast, pea and ham soup shortly and think dinner will be gammon steaks, veggie hash with roasted broccoli and tomatoes. 0.5 syns for yoghurt so far.

Hope you haven't done anything serious to your back @ruby_eskimo. Looking at your menu, it's a Green Day so maybe you'll get away with that naan. 😉
I looked up sweet potato bhajis last night @bubbs and this recipe looks really easy. There are some really tasty recipes on the site, worth a look.

Dinner tonight is a bit low on Speed but made up for it across the day. I just fancied something really ordinary.

Afternoon all 😁
Sitting waiting for DH to finish work so thought I'd look on here.
I got that list off the sw site, I was having a moochy round it last night for inspiration, but I didn't find any 😂
There's also a hexa one but don't think there was really anything exciting.
That is exactly what I did maman for the bajahi, don't know where I got recipe from though.
I'm going to try something new tonight cineamon swirls 🤪
I had melon and ham breakfast , poached egg , beans and fried asparagus, mushroom and Tom's for lunch

Jellybaby said:@maman yes, I bung it all in the oven together. You do have to keep your eye on it though as I find it can burn quite quickly. I gave up on kale for that reason! I think I will try the broccoli. About how long and do you just spray with Frylight @Jellybaby? Any spices? Cauliflower is great sprayed and sprinkled with garlic granules, a pinch of chilli powder and some pepper. Mostly I do florets but if I have a big, firm cauli then it's good to cut a big steak down the middle. Good with fish or gammon. 😋0

Cinnamon swirls hexb , will have with pear and ice cream
I cut the crusts off the bread, then weighed it, it was 2 1/3 slicesi rolled it thin with a rolling pin, i then beat an egg with sweet cinnamon, brushed it on both sides, rolled them and cut them, then i measured 1/2 tbsp sweetener and rolled them in it and baked them in the oven. I tested one before my tea and it was lush so looking forward to them
