Thanks for the heads up on the beef @bubbs. It's easier for me to get to Asda anyway. I've had their joints before and cut them up if they're too big.
Sleety stuff here but not sticking.
I decided I didn't need lunch and afternoon tea so just had my pasta salad and a banana. Just going to sort out dinner. 😋1 -

I'd forgotten about cheap Christmas veg @bubbs. Morning all. Woke up to a light dusting of snow this morning which was a bit unexpected! Had a nice end to the week last week where we went round a friend's for dinner on Friday and then just did nothing the rest of the weekend 😏 Does mean I've put on 1lb this week but not too worried about it. Back on it this morning with a quick workout followed by porridge with blueberries for breakfast. Lunch is going to be a rice bowl with lots of veg and then dinner is leek carbonara.

Bright and dry here this morning but frost still around at midday out of the sunshine.
Is that leek carbonara very synful @ruby_eskimo? We enjoy pasta but rarely have it with anything other than Bolognese.
I've got the Delia's red cabbage and swede mash to cook this week. I'm posting that too remind myself! 😁 Otherwise I'll be going into the freezer and finding none.
