Same here @MrsRyan. I just had a very achey arm with the booster fortunately.

Morning all, well done to all the losers and NSV.

Why do holidays always go in so quickly 😥 my team’s Christmas meet up for dinner and drinks today. Not having seen some of them in the flesh since the pandemic started, I’m really looking forward to it - and I don’t expect for one moment it will be within syns 😜

I weighed this morning instead of tomorrow and that pesky half pound from last week is back off. To be honest, if I could maintain until after Christmas I’d be quite happy as I have something on nearly every weekend!

Hairdresser shortly then a quick browse round some of the shops we have left and some food shopping before operation make myself presentable starts lol.

    Have a  good day!

Losing that half pound is a positive @Jellybaby👏🏼. I agree that maintaining is a good aim for the next few weeks. My plan is to have as many SW friendly meals as possible while I'm at home to make up for what I have to eat (and drink) when I'm out. Hav4e  good evening with your colleagues. I wonder how they've done through lockdown🤔?

We're out for dinner this evening as it's DD2's birthday tomorrow. It's good to socialise but, to be honest, I'm finding eating out more and more disappointing lately. The prices seem to be rising constantly but the quality and choice of  food definitely isn't keeping up. I'm not a super cook but increasingly we're having far better meals at home than when we're out.

I've done my meal plan and will shop later. Little plum tomatoes were on Super 6 in Aldi last week so Ill buy more. I did the roasted tomatoes that @ruby_eskimo recommended the other night and they were lush.

I've had a SW breakfast (scrambled eggs), JP with cottage cheese for lunch and will report back on what I have tonight.
