God, had a bad weekend
Went to Wisley Gardens on Saturday, we decided to have breakfast there for a change, I had taken lunch, so day was going to be reasonably good syn wise, except we had to have lunch for breakfast, there was nothing that could be deemed suitable for breakfast, it was all sweet, so that put a spanner in the day foodwise. Couldn't get a table for lunch there, so got back about 4ish and had more than a 1 syn dinner
Only consolation was there were no diet mashed potatoes involved! When I say diet, I mean there is so much butter
))))))))))))Ate crisps yesterday, don't know why I bought them as once I start.....
Back on plan today to battle damage limitation, feel so annoyed with myself, but only got myself (and Wisley) to blame. Going to make soup tonight, have that with some leftover beef & salad, at least I have got myself back in control.A smile costs little but creates much1 -
That's absolutely great news @MrsRyan! Delighted for you. What a result!! 😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 And the NSV too! I think you'll be going to that group again. 🤣
I've never tried the mackerel in tomato sauce but I really like Princes mackerel in mustard sauce. It's like a mustard mayonnaise and completely syn free. It's frequently on offer in Sainsbury's and a relatively cheap way of getting essential fish oils.
You're right @Gettingtherequickly. You've pulled yourself back.😊 What a shame that Wisley didn't have anything suitable for breakfast. I hate it when you go somewhere and all they have is sweet stuff and bread products.1 -

Don't you like roasties @bubbs? 🤔 We had roast parsnips as well as roast carrots. Yummy! 😋
My teeth have stained more in the past couple of years. I think it's all the tea during lockdown. My dentist won't clean them though. We have to have separate appointments for the hygienist. Good that you had the filling sorted and for free. 😁

I think it's because i drink tea, pepsi max and NAS blackcurrant. He always does them for me 😁 this was the filling i had replaced a few weeks ago 🙄 then it was dh's turn as we get called in together and i sat there run my tongue over my teeth and said the fillling is rough, as it's front tooth and was catching my lip. He goes hop back in the chair and i will sort it, he goes sometimes i can't feel with these marigolds on 🤣🤣Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
I felt really fat yesterday. It made me really miserable as I'm definitely going to WI this week whatever happens. Much better today. I think it's just bloating which I get from time to time. Nothing I can do now except stick to plan which I almost always do during the week anyway. 🤔
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), bacon, 2 fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- ham (P), potato (F), veg and pickles (S)
D- veggie chilli (P,S), brown rice (F), cottage cheese (P)

Morning all. Well done on the NSV @Mrs_Ryan - I love Topshop jeans so was sad when they went bust.
Agree with you that Wisley isn't that good for breakfasts @Gettingtherequickly but the salads are really nice with all their own grown veg 😋
I'm also quite bloated at the moment @maman so you aren't alone!
Had another long sleep last night as still recovering from lack of sleep at the weekend. Had a couple of Linda M sausages and a fried egg for breakfast with an orange and lunch will be more minestrone soup. Dinner is goulash and rice I think; it's a random box from the freezer which looks vaguely like goulash so will have to wait and see when it's defrosted a bit more and I can get the lid off!
