Just a quick read tonight.  It’s a bit chilly this evening (actually not been as warm today, only 19 degrees) so decided to come back to room early.

Well done to the losers and a particular well done @Mrs_Ryan on the NSVs as well as the STS!

Won’t tell you what I’ve been eating and drinking😂, certainly not SW friendly.

Will pop back now and again when I can.

Well i found 1/2lb again this week, she said you are doing fantastic at maintaining but i know you want another 10lb off 😂

I just hope you enjoyed whatever it was caused the gain @Suffolksue. Hopefully the fast on/fast off principle will apply! 😁

That's exactly my problem too @bubbs, although fortunately at the  top of target range. I'm excellent at maintaining but I'd love to just lose those 3lbs or so. That would make all the difference. 

I'm planning on batch cooking Bolognese in the SC later and making a beef in red wine casserole. I'm busy in the daytime tomorrow but I want a decent meal to come home to so the casserole will be fine as I can just heat it through while the veg is cooking.  

Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, scrambled eggs (P)
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), pickles (S)
D- chicken stir fry (P,S), noodles (F)
Syns- honey in stir fry sauce 2.5, weekend wine😁

Not had tea yet , but we are having picky tea and decided next week chinese 🤣

DH has had the steam cleaner out doing the en- suite as he had to mend the toilet as the inner had gone for flushing so he said he would steam clean it

I did all the veg for tomorrow and ready for carrot and coriander soup and hoovered up in here

Bloomin fireworks going off here now!

I've done most of tomorrow's veg today too. It's good to get ahead. 

I'm sure picky tea went down well but it's a good idea to alternate with Chinese. Nice to have a change. 

Funnily enough, we had an electric scrubber delivered today. My DD has one and loves it. The plan is for DH to deep clean the bathroom with it. He loves cleaning. 🥰
