Evening all
Well done Mrs R
Been mild here today as well.
Well i went back to the diabetic nurse today with these bloody insoles, i knew they wasn't right i have been crippled this week, one day i could hardly walk 😰 She said if you carry on wearing them you are going to have serious sores on your feet, bad enough for anyone let alone a diabetic!
I said at the hospital last week they was not right, so now have to go through all the hassle of going back, having them thinned out/re made properly 🙄
Anyway food was fry up for breakfast, Melon for lunch as i was at said doctors, tea chicken and mushroom curry 2 syns , egg fried cauli rice, chips and garlic bread hexbSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1 -

Even though I've just had dinner, I could eat that fry up @bubbs. 😋 I'll have to wait until the morning though. 😊
I know it's hassle but I'm sure it will be worth getting the insoles fixed. They are so comfortable when they fit properly. I'm sure I couldn't have done the miles of walking in lockdown without mine.1 -

Well done Mrs R, great result.Hope you have a good week Denise.
Bit of a bleugh week and know I didn’t eat enough, so wasn’t holding out for much, would have been more than happy with an STS, so was quite shocked at a 1lb loss. I know we are in the run up to Christmas, but I am hopeful of knocking on another 1/2 st for new year, would give a great boost for 2022.A smile costs little but creates much2 -
That's great to lose a pound @Gettingtherequickly. They all count! 👏👏👏
I always find the run up to Christmas harder than the holiday itself. It's the eating out that's a problem. Christmas dinner is as SW friendly as any other roast. 😋1 -
I've got my meal plan done for the week and shopping list ready so that'll be sorted this afternoon. It's really the last clear week before lots of things start to kick in for Christmas so trying my best to be on plan. 😇
I'm still thinking I should go to WI early. Maybe I'll try in Boots and see what I weigh there. I've found them fairly close to SW scales in the past. 🤔
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), bacon, 2 fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- LO cottage pie (P,S,F), pickled cabbage and LO veg (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips, green stuff, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns- weekend wine😁0 -
