I meant to ask last time you had it @bubbs, Is Banging Burger a particular recipe or just because it's lush? 🤔

Which reminds me that we haven't seen @lushlifesaver for a while? 🤔

Your burger does look lush bubbs!  And it's making me hungry.

My mother has given me an Aldi Village Bakery loaf, it's the wholemeal rustic bloomer 400g.   She doesn't like it and I know I'm going to love it - which is very dangerous so I've stuck it in the freezer already!  Could someone give me the syns please?    And also, could I use my HEB and syn the remainder or do I have to syn the whole lot?  Hope this makes sense!

Breakfast and lunch will be a repeat of yesterday and dinner is something with chicken, not decided what yet.

    Have a good day all.

Morning all, another grey and miserable day.  Going to get some batch cooking done to use up stuff in the fridge and get frozen so it doesn't get wasted.  I've got some leeks so leek and potato soup which will have some of tomorrow for lunch and the rest will get frozen.  I've got swede and carrots so swede and carrot mash will go into the freezer.  Got some mushrooms so think I'm just going to slice those and open freeze and then they can be added to various things straight from the freezer at a later date.

@Jellybaby the loaf is 4 syns per slice but as it's whole meal there's no reason why you can't weigh it and then use 60g as HEB and then syn the rest at 1 syn per 10g.  Hope that helps.

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese on toast - HEB; HEA2; P; F
    L - stuffed peppers - S; F; 2
    D - chana masala, pilau rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - Primula Light 2

    Have a good day everyone.
