Well done Bubbs! And to @MrsRyan, dropping sizes is a great feeling.  Hope you feel better soon Denise.  I lost a wee half pound this morning. Would have liked more but that’s two weeks now I’ve lost and want to keep that going.

Don’t know what I fancy for dinner but I’ve already planned a few G & Ts later 😁

    Hi everyone
Thanks so much for all your kind words ❤️

Been at the rugby this afternoon. I was very good, I knew I would need to eat lunch while I was there. Fortunately there is a Morrison’s about 5 minutes away where I get dropped off, I popped in there before I went to the ground and stocked up on a low syn lunch and some snacks. I did have a hot drink at the ground as it was rather chilly- but it was a syn free Bovril. And very yummy it was too.

    Today’s food:
B: Scrambled eggs and tomatoes on toast, HiFi bar (HEXB toast +7)
L: Chicken and bacon pasta salad, blueberries, Houmous and carrot sticks (4.5) Bovril
    Snack: Fridge Raiders (3)
    D- Nando’s chicken (2) couscous (1.5) salad. Raspberries, yoghurt (1) Choc Shot (1)
    S: Chicken drumsticks
    Syns: 20

    Lots of love xx

Well done @Suffolksue.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Glad that half pound came off so quickly.

Enjoy your mini break. Like @beanielou said, we have to have a life alongside SW. I  treat the plan as my default way of healthy eating. It's how I would choose to eat most of the time but sometimes it's just not possible, particularly when you aren't in control of catering.

More good planning for the week ahead @bubbs. I'm sure it helps to have regular meals.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, banana (F), HEB porridge, HEA m8ilk, berries (S)
    L- LO hotpot (S,F) with beetroot (S)
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes, LM stuffing balls (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😋

We're back home from our weekend away.  Have had a great time and met some new people plus loads we already know.  We actually won the quiz night last night!  Unfortunately the prizes were sweets so I've got a box of clotted cream fudge and DH has got a box of sugared almonds - think they are going to have to be rationed!  Need to look up the syns for them too.

Well over syns on Friday but was good yesterday!  Although we ate out at a pub lunchtime I was good and had hunter's chicken with salad and about 5 chips so not too many syns and only had a couple of G&Ts, one at lunchtime and one before we went to the quiz night.  Stuck to diet ginger beer while we were out.

Need to do a bit of damage limitation in the coming week but fortunately not too much.

Well done @Suffolksue on your half pound loss; now back to where you were before.  Onwards and downwards!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
    L - cheeseburger & onions in WM roll - HEB; S; 3
D - duck breast, roast potatoes, roasted veg, cauliflower, green beans, peas - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
Syns - low fat sausages 2; cheese slice 2.5; burger 0.5

Hope everyone's had a good weekend.
