Evening all
Today’s body magic was putting the Christmas tree up 😂
I got a memory on Facebook that I put it up on this date last year so with a bit of gentle persuasion OH helped me. He’s usually at work when I put it up but this year there’s a star on the top of the tree for the first time in many years (I’m too short to reach the top 😂)
I then did the Christmas food shop. We’re away from the 24th until the 27th so we didn’t need any of the usual Christmas Day trappings, and I usually do my Christmas shopping at Waitrose. This year I have managed to get an Asda slot (for delivery! The holy grail indeed!) but I still managed to spend £165!!! Granted I did buy prosecco and chocs for my sister and her family, and dog treats for their doggies, along with some posh cheese and biscuits and a big tin of salted nuts for OH and biccies and cashew nuts for mum, but still..!! I about fell off the sofa
Today’s food:
B: Blueberries with yoghurt and Choc Shot (2) HiFi bar (3)
L: Tin of soup (2.5) Ham Sarnie (HEXB + 4) couple of squares of Choc (2) kiwi fruit
D- SW lamb ‘kebab’ with couscous and salad (1.5)
Syns: 15

OMG @MrsRyan! Christmas decorations! My personal deadline is DD1's birthday which is 20th of December. 🤣 Although I will put out a few Advent bits beforehand.
Well done on getting a delivery slot for Asda. Personally, I rarely do online shopping but I know it's hard to get a slot for Christmas.
Great menu for you today. Out of curiosity, what's the SW 'kebab'? I've seen you post it before. Is it an Iceland meal? 🤔0 -
Morning, I'm so tired this morning. It's dark and wet here and I could easily have stayed in bed.
You're very organised @MrsRyanI'm just starting to think about food and what I need to get in. Though I did buy a few bits when I was in Aldi on Saturday so have started!
Today's plan:
B - bran flakes HEB, Muller Greek yoghurt, raspberries
L - Ham salad, half avocado
D - Mince (with onion and carrot), potatoes, peas and green beans
Syns - 0.5 yoghurt, going to count 10 for avocado as it's large
Have a good day!

Morning all, very grey and damp here this morning but need to get the washing done anyway as want to get our clothes sorted ready for Thursday! Having to dry in the tumble dryer though as far too much to put on the airer.
No Christmas decs going up here - no point with not being here; don't usually bother if we're on our own anyway only if we are hosting Christmas for one or other of our DDs' family.
Today's plan:
B - baked oats, yoghurt - HEB; F; 1
L - crisp breads; HM chicken liver pate; HM hummus; salad - P; S; 4.5? Also have some LO roast potatoes which I'll finish off with some picalilli
D - jacket potato, BBQ chicken, corn on the cob - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - 3 crisp breads 4.5 (could be 3 or 6 depending on how many I have!)
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. Well done on the NSV and loss @Mrs_Ryan and well done on the loss too @bubbs 🎉 Hope the shoulder starts to ease now you've had the injections and back to the exercises @joedenise
Reporting 1/2 lb off this week which would have been more if I hadn't been drinking a lot of red wine on Saturday night which then made me eat a million mince pies (I just can't resist!) We had friends over for dinner and it was a lovely relaxed evening.
Back to it today - workout done followed by porridge with blueberries. Going to make a quick minestrone soup for lunch with a couple of linda m sausages on the side and then dinner is cauliflower cheese soup (a request by DH). Might even allow myself a bit of crusty bread to dip into it 😋

Morning all!Well done everyone on your losses and NSVs!
We’ve had another crazy week last week, daughter caught a tummy bug that’s been going round so nearly all week last week it’s been coming out both ends of her with no end in sight. She finally stopped with no incidents at all on Saturday so she could go in nursery today but we’re still getting through the washing and stain aftermath 🙈 we’ve had a few takeaways though as got to the end of the day and just couldn’t face cooking.
Had a work do on Thursday now big events are finally starting back up. Food was ok, starter was a bland risotto and the main was Stilton pie but it was far too strong so only had the chips for my dinner. Lovely lemon tart for afterwards though! Was no wine included which meant I could keep the syns down as we had to pay for all the drinks and I got lucky and won a posh meal for 4 in the charity raffle so think we will save it and claim in in January when we are all feeling miserable once Xmas is over.1 -
Well done on that loss @ruby_eskimo. 👏🏼 Glad to hear that the meal went well with your friends. 🤞🏼 for a good week ahead (for all of us!😁).
I've bought some Christmas bits too @Jellybaby. I'm off to the dentist in a moment and will stop by M&S as it's nearby. I want some biscuits for DH and the family. I won't be eating them though although I will have some crackers with cheese. Funnily enough @joedenise, DH asks for piccalilli every year, eats some once or twice over Christmas then it just sits in the cupboard??🤔
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried eggs (P), mushrooms, tomatoes (S), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- ham (P), potato? (F), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F) carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, spicy cauli, green stuff (S)
Syns- 01 -
Sorry I didn't say that my shoulder is now feeling so much better after the weekend when I needed to take painkillers but woke up this morning with virtually no pain! Still need to do exercises but will get round to doing them shortly. Told me not to do too much for a while but 5-10 minutes once a day. Also said that when we go on holiday aqua aerobics and swimming will be good for it - we always do aqua aerobics on holiday; would do it when we are at home if there was a daytime session but have no intention of going out for an 8.30pm start when the swimming baths are a half hour drive away! Would mean we'd be lucky to be home by 10.15pm and time for bed!
It's a shame you can't get small jars of piccalilli then @maman! All the jars are quite big really if you only use it once or twice. We have it quite regularly; I always make extra roast potatoes and then we eat them cold with piccalilli in the evening. This week however I made far too many and couldn't manage them all which is why I still have some left this morning.

Morning ladies,
well done @bubbs
Lost half a pound this week, must have been the exercise as I was enjoying the calories oops!
Made lentil soup for lunches last night and made PON dirty macaroni for the week ahead. Means I can concentrate on other things and not worry about what to have when I am busy
