    Wow, you've been busy @Gettingtherequickly. Whenever I'm asked at group to give my best tips for SW, I always say Planning and Speed! You're definitely well organised! Excellent! 👏👏👏

    It's been a glorious day here too after starting a bit dull. Good to see you back @joedenise. I'm always amazed how much washing you seem to get through but good that you could clear the bedding from the motor home. 

    I'm having a very mse meal tonight as using up beef from the freezer and LO gravy from HB so syn free as well.

    Today's EE plan - 
    B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), fried eggs, bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk 
    L- mackerel in mustard sauce (P), tomatoes and beetroot (S) 
    D- beef (P), SW roast potatoes, gravy, LM stuffing balls (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 😋

    I'm sure you know we shouldn't carry over HEXs so one roll would be synned.

    No they are 2 for hexb :D

    Salmon was in the freezer got cheap, asparagus was 25p 😂😂
