Some peoples behaviour is just dire.
Well done Denise on target result. Shocked myself with a 2lb loss, maybe the start of a month being the first day of my sw week is a good thing & omen, while I don’t expect to achieve 2lb a week to Christmas, hopefully I can achieve a 1st loss, which would be amazing.A smile costs little but creates much1 -

Morning all. Hope you have a good break @joedenise and well done on the loss.
I also had my flu jab yesterday @milann AND Covid booster so I'm feeling a bit worse for wear too. Someone in our communications team has a sense of humour though because if you had your booster jab they gave you a Boost bar afterwards 😆 Must admit I did eat it last night once my arms started aching and I realised that I probably wouldn't get much sleep because I could only really lie on my back.
Great news for your sister @bubbs. I'm sure one fig won't do too much harm this week!
Well done @Gettingtherequickly I'm sure 1st loss is achievable before Christmas (at least that's what I keep telling myself!)
As mentioned, feeling a bit ropey this morning so have had a coffee, taken some paracetamol and had almost a litre of water already. Not feeling too hungry yet so will wither have some yogurt later on or just wait till lunch time and have some more lentil soup. Dinner tonight is a portion of chicken curry and rice that I found in the freezer as DH is out so just me on my lonesome. Don't have much planned this weekend apart from a wedding reception on Sunday evening, but it's quite late so I'll eat before I go and then as I'm driving I'll be on soft drinks anyway.
