Just for information, I checked the syns on mustard because I want to use some later. Most brands of English mustard are half a syn per teaspoon except Aldi which is 1.5. I need some, so will be going to Lidl.

I’m planning a sausage tray bake with sticky sausages and found a recipe to try. I’m adapting it to fit in with the veg we like (e.g. not adding apple) but I’ll report back on how it goes.

 I got a whole chicken £2, piece of leg of p0rk, now this confused me 😂and wish i had time to go back but didn't was priced at £5.72, but always half price but actually paid £1.72 , aldi muller style yogs 20p for dh, asparagus 25p, bags of potatoes 50p, mini chicken fillets, i like these for curry, sweet and sour etc they were 2 495g packs for £3.50 so almost a kg 😁ocado gammon ham was marked £1 but went through 50p and was delicious , fresh chives and coriander 25 p chicken things £1.25 400g pk cooked chicken, frsh raspberries 50p massive bag carrots 25p, no ff greek yog so over all not bad 😁

TBH i didn't think i had much but i did really 🤣 my main diet is chicken and usually get all my chicken there, but as i hadn't been i had been paying £3.65 for 1 pack mini fillets!! I bought 6 today oh i tell you what they had that i have never seen before skinned and boneless drum sticks 🤔
