    hi all!

that tea sounds lovely @ruby_eskimo! we’re on a fried rice dish tonight from one of the SW books, can’t remember which though!

sounds like you had a good time @MrsRyan!

i finally got to the gym last night and the scales were working again so could weigh in and ive lost 1.7kg so cleared the gain i had and then some more but it is at least two weeks of weigh in there.

in the office today so had a massive box of speed veg and fruit snacks with me and having a nice itsu tofu salad for lunch. using my heb for the seeds but i always feel a bit shortchanged using a whole choice on just some seeds! i need to get into the habit of bringing my lunch again as for the £6.75 ive just paid that could be lunches all week and it’s £3.75 for a potato and cheese too at one other place. i forgot how crazy expensive coming in to the office to work used to be!

Thanks @ruby_eskimo for the recipe.  Rather than buying the paste I'll give it a go with a curry paste.  I've bookmarked the recipe to add to a future menu plan.  Always good to have different things to try with chicken as it's really bland without something added to it.

That's getting on for 4lbs in two weeks @evilsquid1603. I'd be delighted with that. Well done. 👏👏👏

I agree about taking HM food with you. Not only can you be sure it's SW friendly but this is a mse thread after all. 🤣

I'm glad no toads were involved though. 🤣

Perhaps you'll have time to cook some Scotch eggs at the weekend so you can have them on the go and not get hungry again? Don't harm any Scots though! 🤣
