You're right @Jellybaby. Nothing you can do about what's in the past, just draw that line and move forwards. It's a good feeling to start a new week.😊
I should be OK this week as no eating out planned so can rein in from last Thursday's cheese extravaganza!
I've got plenty of beef left from yesterday so I'll freeze it in slices for a meal another day.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, scrambled eggs (P)
L- cold meat (P), potato (F), fried veg and beetroot (S)
D- baked salmon (P), cubed potatoes (F), spicy cauli, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)

Morning all! Too many posts to catch up on over the week but well done to the losers and hugs to those that need them. Back from our week away (to Pembrokeshire @maman 😎) and had a lovely relaxing time. While we did quite a bit of walking, we also had a bottle of wine every night and a cream tea every day so have some back to 3lbs on 😏
Straight back to it this morning with a total body strength workout and will go for a run after work to get the legs moving again. Had ff yogurt with blueberries for breakfast and lunch will be some lentil and coconut soup which I made a big batch of over the weekend so that's lunch for the week sorted. Dinner is carbonara with some added mushrooms for me and salad bits on the side.

I don't do Facebook myself but it said on the news that all its platforms have been down since about 4pm.
Just give it a go for this week @bubbs and see if it helps. So you're limiting fruit to a pudding every evening. Perhaps that crumble with the ice cream would be filling enough? 🤔0 -
My WA is down

Morning all, ooohh that pudding looks absolutely fab Bubbs! I'm not a lover of fruit and nut but the honeycomb bars sound lush.
Felt really chilly when I got up this morning so have put my first woolly jumper on, hopefully this is not a sign of things to come.
Today's plan:
B - Greek f/f yoghurt and berries
L - veggie omelette
D - good old mince 'n' tatties, carrots and peas
Syns - none planned
Have a good day all!1
